Dr Nagpal and his wife are cheating with Amritsar people and playing with life . Intentionally they proceed with wrong treatment to make money and in this process people are loosing his love one . Same happen with my family member and finally loose life’s . Cheating with all process including treatment and also they have not mentioned correct date of admission even on discharge paper . This all is showing wrong intentions. People of Amritsar must boycott HARTEJ hospital and save your love one life ..

In the name of hospital they are running torture centre with highly inexperienced and uneducated staff. They dont know how to talk, how to behave. Along with Medical knowledge the staff should also be taught communication skills. Doctors consider it as a park and visit at their wish. We got stuck there because of a situation but you can save yourself from the trauma. Dont even LOOK at this place.... Wish I had the option to choose no stars.

If you want to save your loved ones life, never visit this hospital. Recently my family lost two life's due to negligence of Dr. Nagpal and her wife. My patient is admitted by this hospital on14th may and there is an urgent surgery required but they don't proceed, the had done surgery on 15th evening by 5pm and we lost our member. How much cleaver they are once they feel that they are not able to save our patient,they are referring them to other hospital. It's my humble request to all citizens of Amritsar please boycott this hospital. In discharg file they had mentioned my patient was admitted on 15th may and they had done surgery on urgent basis but my patient admission date was 14th may. May God save people's of this holy land from this hospital.

My mum had a major operation last week and everyone from the doctors to the nurses were very kind and positive. They encouraged my mum through all stages and I was very much at peace knowing we were in the right hands. Don’t go there and don’t believe on their laboratory reports. They are making fraudulent reports in order to make more money from the patient. They were lying to us that there is no improvement but we have done sample tests from another laboratory in amritsar and there was a drastic change in reports. I wish i could give them 0 star.

Doctors are good. OPD patients are taken care of. Main draw back is that patients are almost forced to by medicines from them - costlier than market and those brands are also not easily available outside.

Dr tajinder kaur is very ruide to their clients only when the client ask any question to her. She just want to give the only information which she want....when patient ask any question then she starts to speak ruide like that ....you are not educated and nor doctor ....you don't to read your reports and do not show the reports to anyone else and bla bla bla........they just cut the slip for rps 350 for their expenses but not to deal with patient....any patient have no right to speak about their labortory reports....... I show her my pregnancy blood test reports and she said your reports are OK and when after 1.5 month i visited again for regular checkup... she checked my reports again nd said " are you taking medicine of thyroid" and i was blank from where thyroid came now without any test .........i started my pregnancy thyroid medicine after 1.5 month just because of their neglegency and they did not read my reports properly.

Bad bad bad hospital very rude doctors as well as staff.Dirty rooms,gynaecologist is misbehaving with her patients. no one should go there. They mentally harass the patient and make him more ill.

Everything is ok But services in Icu are awful Nurses don't have manners to talk to anyone there..neither they do proper care over there nor let us to stay there more than 5 minutes

Doctors: Doctors here are really good at what they do. No complaints there. But problem is if you arrive late in evening, you might not get diagnosis on time. Hygiene: Really bad. Blood samples were taken without wearing any gloves. Needle capped but left unattended instead of discarded in proper bin by the attendant. Security: Lab where blood is tested was unattended for atleast 25 minutes. Rooms: Depressing tbh. 3800 for shared and 4500 for single occupancy room. 1000rs oyo is better. I understand hospitals have other expenses. Also I won't mind paying 4500. Clean rooms with proper lighting and clean furnishing is an absolute necessity for patient to recover (psychological effect). Beds are not height adjustable. Although headrest can be elevated. TV placed on head side of Patient. It was an additional worry. Testing: They won't accept blood test report and xray from other labs. Even the good ones. So my mum had to get tested twice in one day.

Chor hospital. They start looting even before entering there. They would firsttly charge 20 for parking and then te have 500 opd slip. The person sitting on reception that sardarji is very rude and is partial. They charge 3500 per day for private room. They have less staff and untrained nurses. Thats not their staff fault as they are not willing to pay to them. Dr manish just roams around like park and never bothers about patient.they all are thugs. Pharmacy is number 1 thug in world. Very very bad experience.

Dr hs nagpal nd tk nagpal are great but staff from receptionist to nurses needs to be changed otherwise receptionist would let this hospital down . As it is rightly said first impression is last impression so reptionist being odd spoken buts a bad impression which might lead to downfall of hospital.
