I take dialysis in hardik. I can say their dialysis service is really good. The technician is really competent and caring. Office staffs are also good. The owner himself keeps an eye on everything. They accept ESIC WBHS and other insurances. But the nursing home suffers from lack of spaces and it needs to be a little neat and clean.

I have admitted my wife here on 02 August 2021 and have experienced excellent administration with well behaved and trained staff here.......... I am a health worker and I never experienced this kind of management. Again I thanking to all staff and management team and security guard, clening staff and female attendent (AYA)for offering this kind of healthy environment here. Thanks to all 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

It's very dirty. The hospital tied up with Doctors for visit only. Entertains cash payments though they have digital payment stickers. It has administrative office but seems no officer. Staffs loves gossiping. Nurses are harsh in talking. The feedback can be taken as gaps and should work upon it.

Good infrastructure. Behavior of the nursing staff & doctors are also good.

Facilities are good. Good doctors, Good managments & stuffs. Register your name before going to opd.

Worst place. If there is any emergency then please don't go there. Even in ICU there is no doctor.

machines and doctors are really good and doing fine, but what about the hospitality, aftercare of the patients, do you really follow the actual meaning of being called a Hospital???... poor food prep for patients, poor hygiene at all kind of rooms, poor maintenance, nothing delux at all for delux rooms, untrained novice nurses who doesn't know anything, always put pressure to the family to hire some out sourced helper...no wonder people choosing better hospital who actually means the real meaning of Hospital!!!

Irresponsible,lazy staff.service is very bad.rude behavior of staff specially Mr suvasis Mukherjee babu.never cooperate with you. I will never recommend any one to go there.

Nonsense nursing home. Doesn't provide any correct information neither about the patient or the patient's condition. their main motto is just to get money from insurance company if you have. neither they provide any details about the treatment going on nor their doctors are enough confident about their treatment. the doctors are not bothered to reply or clarify anything. ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT MONEY. MONEY MAKING BUSINESS- GREAT...

Dr. Left another hospital to see another patient. After lunch, dr come 3h later and continue doing his job. 3h miss due to ( lunch / sristi hospital) then he come Need car parking,

If there would have been any minus rating i would have given that.. worst nursing home in bankura rather in WB. Worst hospitality and worst behaviour of the staff.m if you want to die then admit your patient there.
