One of the best shop for Gold and diamonds..earlier the products and varieties were used to be less but now they renovated the store and we can find unique items here.. the gold in tanishq is excellently designed. They are offering different gold schemes for 10 months starting at minimum 5k, they offer bonus too! We visited this store yesterday Mrs.Devi sravani garu provided very good assistance towards and showed the unique collections.. she is very polite and humble.. not only her all the staff in the store was soo humble and pleasant behaviour.. I personally appreciate SRAVANI garu for her overall service.. Store has ample parking too.. nice ambience,courteous staff and super coffee 😁

Ms.Devi Sravani excellent customer service. An asset for the show room as, whenever we visit for any purchases she explains us the item complete details and convince us and finally we will be leaving the store after purchasing the item. Tanishq is the best as always. RAJAHMUNDRY showroom staff are very cordial. Best part of tanishq is resale value at present selling price. Many cases we find selling price is more than purchase price which is not the case with other reputed jewellers. Sravani is the best of all to be lauded for her dedication towards customers.

Am a regular Tanishq customer, Comparing to Tanishq Eluru store here we have experience poor hospitality. Management should enhance there staff etiquette skills. While handover product please brief details of the product. TAKE IT AS HEALTHY FEEDBACK, KEEP IMPROVING.

Worst part is I bought my piece of jewelry..... But I am not confident that I bought best one as the person showing jewelery is not showing interest in showing jewellery for my budget of 30k. She is not at all attentive and interested in other new customers who are coming in.

Except one or two , remaining staff is lazy. Lalitha helped us to choose good one . Only Lalitha is perfect in that store .Product wise good but staff wise worst experience . They don’t know where they kept the purchased bill. Only to collect the bill , I went couple of times even after payment done . I never visit this store at Rajahmundry branch . I can suggest everyone can visit Tanishq any where in India except Rajahmundry . Because models and product wise good 🙂

You can get good Jewells rather than any other shop. But price is little bit more than higer side to compare to competitor. I experienced bad here on billing part. After 2 day i got recieved invoice
