Very bad experience with Malabar Gold & Diamonds Rajamundry branch. Made an order an year back and it was delivered after 5 months which happened with regular followups. With Jus one usage the ornament (Neckshi balls chain) links broken. The making quality is too bad and lost confidence in them. I feel like fooled by Malabar Gold & Diamonds and dont like to visit for the fix as well because I'm not ready to get fooled again

I had a great experience buying gold from this branch and still do. I stay in US and does most of the selection through Video call. Ramu garu is very respectful and accommodating. He has been extremely patient and always provides excellent customer service either in selecting the designs/providing the details /insights /with the transparency in billing. Either you are looking for exclusive designs/ exchanging old gold/custom orders/gold schemes , everything is catered here and the beauty of it is every detail is well explained and the transparency is unparalleled. They have a wide variety of designs and make custom orders as well at fair prices.The whole experience is an absolute pleasure which is otherwise nerve wracking because of staff like Mr. Ramu and Mr. Venkat. If you are looking for exclusive designs, their artistry shows are a must!! All our family and extended family members trust Malabar because of their transparency, purity, fair price and excellent customer service.

Worst customer service in malabar showroom rajahmundry. Never pay for any gold scheme here. I am a regular customer here but still the staff is not supportive. Will never buy again from Malabar gold. Earlier in October, the payment desk staff said we can take the product in December after completing the 11th instalment payment in December. 18% VA exemption is applicable but today (26th dec) they say only 9% is applicable as Jan 8th is the maturity date which they never told to us in October. For a mere difference of ₹3700, your staff has let go a customer who is ready to purchase a product worth of ₹1,44,000. This happened during the billing process. The manager at this showroom is very adamant and inefficient.

It's a vegetable market, Not a gold shop. Satff is more than customers. Nobody receive the customer. Hospitality is very bad. No Car Parking. I don't recommend this shop.
