After these fake google reviews I took my kid there and felt very sad to see 1.parents with months babies waiting on hospital steps only because they are not providing enough chairs inside. 2. They are weighing baby as some sack in hall and the person who writes your details wont even respond. Staff will not answer to your question as if you are inferior to them only because you take your kid to that hospital 3. Doctor sitting inside a big glass room and made a small window to see your kid… don’t even think that he will physical examine your kid After appointment I left the card then and there and went to Kifi to consult Tejaswini mam who treats your Kid as if she is their aunt. Please don’t dare to say my account or review is fake… if you think so leave your mail ID i will reply you personally but please don’t take your kid to this hospital..

After being referred by a friend I’ve visited this hospital with my toddler who’s been suffering from 103 grade fever since couple of days ! The staff and their behaviour is worst . I wonder they made me stand for 4 hours just to tell me that the doctor is unavailable to take an OP !! And out of my curiosity when I questioned them they said we are here to serve you in a better way . Afterall they are not treating people for free then how can it be a service to the people ? Most irresponsible and compassion less staff all in the hospital . The 1* is for doctors treatment thou! I would strongly not recommend this hospital . What if it’s an emergency for your kid and they make you stand like Britishers did to the slaves back in those days ? Don’t risk your kids health here

Doctor doesn't give treatment and keeps the baby in ICU till the infection spreads for almost 1 week. Atlast after questioning strongly, the doctor asks to take to another hospital. Too worst hospital, behaviour of nurses and staff too much rude, I would have given 0 stars if there is an option. Doctor is very commercial he always thinks about more money and cunning mentality. Doctor said, he is against to CM relief fund, whatever the amount. We need not to apply just needs to pay amount to hospital that's it.

Treatment is good. But the staff in the NICU are money minded. They collected money for sugar test each day and not giving the bill. Just maintaining one book. Is sugar test necessary 2times everyday for just born?? If so include the charges in the bill.

The Nest hospital run by Dr Ravi Kiran is professionally managed by himself. Being an expert in child care he is dedicated to the welfare of the just born and infant and growing babies. My Cousin brother by name Rajarao's wife delivered a premature baby weighing 900 grams at 30 weeks. He admitted the baby in NEST. True to its name the baby is developing in the Nest. I gave up hope but she is just fine after 4 weeks. This is due to the professional care and expert treatment of the Doctor. He lives in the top floor of the hospital and always available for emergencies. That is the great advantage of this hospital. I have no hesitation in recommending this hospital for those who wants a dedicated service. Above all Dr Ravi Kiran who owns the Hospital is not at all money minded. He is just dedicated to see all the birds flew out from his nest Hale and Healthy. My sincere thanks to the Doctor for giving back a healthy baby to Mrs and Mr Rajarao. His wife is great full to you for putting a healthy baby in her hands which she conceived after 8 long years. God bless you Sir

Doctor's treatment is good. But the staff in the reception is too worst. They were very arrogant and irresponsible. Being working in a hospital the staff should be more responsible towards the patients. As it is a children's hospital they can't say the pain, the parents will come to the hospital with lotzzz of struggle and worry, being a staff u have to attend the patient with lotzz of care and patience. But I dint saw that one in your staff sir expect a few. They are busy with their mobiles. It's our humble request to u sir to pls look in to this matter

***OXYGEN SCAM*** Brought new born baby to Hospital, first day they will say baby is fine and we will discharge next day, And the next day they will say baby is having breathing issues and need to be on Oxygen assistance and need to observe baby for couple of days. And they will remove the oxygen and show how the baby oxygen levels dropping too not sure how the machine readings can be manipulated but this goes like 2 days, 5 days, 10 days... In between you will buy same things for baby repeatedly daily like wipes, diapers, and so on which they don't use and return to Pharmacy and they will ask to bring mother and allocate a room and this continues till your billing will be 50K + P.S This is my personal opinion based on what I observe, Just writing this review so management will see this and stop any such kind of fraud happening without knowing them. Even now the kid is suffering from the resultant cerebral epilepsy caused due to the spread infection - left untreated by this so-called great doctor in most of the reviews.

Worst management they write same medical requirements daily like wipes, diapers and so on even though we buy them on every visit, No seats to sit for vistor with patient, Pharmacy billing counter take hours to give medicine, their Building Lift Elevator also won't ON they turn it OFF even though surgery patients there. Minimum common sense if a patient can walk without lift they don't need to join in the hospital. Hospital is purely money minded.

Excellent treatment... I'm extremely satisfied with his treatment approach and feel that my kids are safe under his care. He's very polite and gentle. The staff is also doing it's best.

Worst administration Government hospitals is much better compare to this hospital To much waiting time, average one patient waiting time is more than 6hrs. Road side medical shop is better compare to in side medical.

Too worst service from hospital staff, no one will care about child and no one will respond properly to children parents and they pick up the phone for phone appointments. Doctors are good but hospital Is not good, Doctors has to look into these issues immediately if they really care abou childrens.

Already the child's parent will be very tired and sad with their child's health issue, on top of that your staff arrogance for giving basic information. Worst staff..Wondering why hospital management chooses staff like that and compromised to their arrogance and reckless behaviour. Waste of time even though if we had taken appointment already. One star is also more...but no option here..
