It was well maintained store and nice team they have full of experience team .but one thing they haven't be on their words because we buy a microvave for that they said they will provide hot box still they haven't delivered when we are calling they said we don't have stock.when you don't have stock then why you people will promise to give something

I had a terrible experience with this service. It seemed like they didn't care about the customers at all. I waited for about an hour, but nobody reached out to me. Eventually, I had to reach out to the store manager, Durga Prasad. However, he did not respond well and simply said that no one was available at the moment. I noticed that all the boys were just casually chatting on their phones. I would not recommend this store to my family or friends for shopping.

I purchased AC from the store on 14th May and delivered it in 2 days. But till date (24th May) not installed at my home though it was promised for free and timely installation during sale. No one picking call i.e. customer care executive, store authorized number, service centre executive. No response even after complaining through toll free number twice and pursuing through personal visit to store twice. It's very pathetic, even after purchasing AC, we are suffering from this hot summer. This is a big mistake to choose Reliance Digital.

I went to Reliance store for enquiring about AC, I saw wide range of products with Republic Day offers.

Products okay but staff is like delivery in one day whenever payment done it will be after 10days product will be delivered once check it out while buying any product

A decent electronics store with all appliances from phones, tv, washing machine, refrigerators, laptops, music system, speakers, oven. Sanitizer is available as soon as you enter the store and masks are mandatory due to covid. Offers are good but not all of them are being honored, can see many complain about cashbacks not being processed, gifts not being handed.... Not much parking provision, cars are parked on the road itself. Due to road renovation only one section of road is operational.

I visited The store.. receiving with customers is good but process of buying things very late with staff because they told some discounts available but while billing promo is not applicable that time ...so I'm very dispointed and waiting very long time.. so I'm giving 2 star's. Ir responsible in customer relationship
