The grand opening is just for sake. In spite of its ambience and prime location, subhamastu lacks in hospitality, management and control over their own staff. The management need to focus on the process and ease of customer rather than showoff on advertising. Staff is not professional and does not show properly to customers. I have noticed when i go shopping. For me in the kids section i am happy they have shown still i satisfy but in the second flow sarees section no one is professional. We stood at the desk for more than 20 minutes No one came to show the material even the floor manager was also watching mobiles

Nice shopping mall with a lot of varieties. Car parking space is awesome. In rajahmundry, you won't get this much space for a car parking if you go shopping.

Shubhamastu shoping mall it's new branch opens on 12/2022 , opposite RTC complex, rajamahendravaram city. As per pov of lot customer's collections are. Good , due to new branch on its first two days i felt very crowd Over all its worth to do shoping hear complete shoping mall with all types if collectiond to all ages of people I felt its very good and great their CRM ( CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT) ....

My Experience is not so delightful here. Prices are too high. Clothes are also not looking classy. I have to mention this specially about the staff or the salespersons. They're literally shocking. They do not even allow us to touch the clothes also.I didn't face a situation like this previously in any place.The offers are so wierd with huge prices. We have to spend at least 3k for 2 shirts. Billing counter is good. Little bit of speed billing compared to others
