Top rated place in Rajahmundry for pure vegetarian food. Weekends are too busy and normal waiting time would be 20-30 minutes. Decent place and very convenient for families. Can not reserve tables in prior. Mughlai fried rice is must try. Meals and Special Veg fried rice are also good.

This restaurant is located nearer to Kovvur rail Bridge in Rajhamundry. When we visited this hotel, it was raining. Ambience is not good. All south Indian dishes are available on that day. Ordered idly , chapati and set dosa . Taste is okay. Heavy crowd and not following COVID guidelines. Staff is okay . Washrooms needs improvement. Cost is reasonable. When compared to other udipi hotels , it is average.

This is the best restaurant to waste your hard-earned money if you want to do it! The worst idly I've ever had in my life was at an overrated restaurant! I only had a bite of the unfermented onion dosa and idly with the bland sambar. What will it taste like? Obviously bland Yes, that's how I felt. Street food is far better to this bland restaurant, in my opinion!

One of the oldest vegetarian hotels in Rajahmundry. The taste of food is good. It is very crowded all the time. Limited tables & too much waiting time. No proper parking facility. 2 wheeler can be managed outside the hotel, but getting a 4 wheeler car parking is very hard. It is easy access for travellers who are entering through the road cum railway bridge.

Nice restaurant. I have been eating breakfast here from long time. We had Onion Dosa, Onion Ravva Dosa, Button Idli in which all of them are good. Once we had veg special fried rice which is not upto mark and not hot also. Coffee and tea also good here

We visited Rajamahendravaram as a family and have limited knowledge of the hotels, restaurants and the food. As we were looking for a nice breakfast place, we noticed Udupi Akshaya has over 8K reviews, mostly 3.5 and above, so we decided to try it. Restaurant is tucked away on a narrow street and the facility is small. However there is a long wait for the tables, and we waited for ten minutes to get seated. Coming to the good, we ordered the following items and the my rating for each of them: ⭐️ Button Idly (Sambar) - 4/5 ⭐️ Onion Dosa - 3.75/5 ⭐️ Pongal (Hot) - 3.75/5 ⭐️ Vada - 3.5/5 ⭐️ Plain Dosa - 4/5 The ambiance isn’t that great and the service time as well. The staff are friendly though. 👍 Pros: Decent taste, multiple options 👎 Cons: Facility, service time.

This restaurant is famous for Vegetarian food... has glow in past .. I couldn't find the taste that they previously used to serve... lost the flavours For dining they use tea spoons in main course, generally we expect good cutlery.. for such a famous restaurant. I request management to review your flavours and taste with cutlery

I took parcel of meals for small occasion in office. The meals are packed very hygienic. Taste is also very good. It costed 240 per one parcel meal. All are satisfied with the taste. More than 15 variety of items are supplied with good taste. Overall best place to visit for vegetarian food. Next time I'll definitely try different menu besides meals.

A Mixed Experience at Udupi Akshaya Veg Restaurant. I recently visited Udupi Akshaya Veg Restaurant, hoping for a delightful vegetarian dining experience. While the food was decent, the overall atmosphere and lack of seating arrangements left much to be desired. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a bustling crowd. The place was teeming with customers, and it was clear that it was a popular spot. Unfortunately, the limited number of seats available couldn't accommodate the influx of diners, which resulted in a rather chaotic scene. As there were no seats available, my friends and I were left with no choice but to stand and wait. This was quite inconvenient Overall, I would rate Udupi Akshaya Veg Restaurant three out of five stars. While the food was enjoyable, the overcrowded and seat-less ambiance significantly impacted my dining experience. I would recommend the management to address the seating issue and improve the overall atmosphere of the restaurant to provide a more comfortable dining experience for their customers.

Stay Away! No Social distancing, no masks during the time of the Covid pandemic. We initially thought we will dine-in, but we were asked to share a table where a different group was already sitting and eating. Bye Bye Social Distancing!! People were being seated close together, on inquiring with the proprietor there was no response. The attitude was "if you want to eat you eat else leave." Servers were not wearing masks properly, no hygiene.. We decided to pack dosas and eat in our car parked outside. The dosas were stale and were not cooked well at all. Anybody praising this hotel, has clearly not eaten in a good place. There are places in the Highway (NH16) that serve better food.

Almost last 3 to 4 years old we are going here to dine in but last day we went over here and we ate dinner, going good,at last we went for out there was full of rainfall ,we stand beside and we asked one cover to take over something,then the receptionist and those people shouted out and last they won't give one cover😡😠😠😡they became louder and they are very hard to talking us.we are very unhappy vth ur reply and answering. Customer satisfaction also important to ur restaurant. Very bad for that😠😠😠

Unnecessary rush. Tastes average. Coconut chutney is supposed to be yummy but not spicy. Ginger chutney is to be light hot flavored along with sweetness but not spicy. Staff are unable to control the crowd. No waiting area.

There is a problem in taste & some other issue management is sooo good but food is bad Udupi Akshay brand has collapsed suddenly I think chef is illiterate he/she does not know the taste yet all I said them a dosa roast but they bring too uncooked dosa because of sambar the taste is average but sambar has nothing spices or salty & coming to bonda fried to much but it has a regular behaviour of the whole mouth should be feel when we eat bonda but it was spoiled i already complain about the matter they said we will see it but there is no change yet at all

However, the portion of chutney accompanying the parcel was disappointingly tiny, barely enough to cover a small spoonful. For a hotel that prides itself on offering authentic South Indian cuisine, I expected a more generous serving of chutney. It is customary for South Indian meals to be accompanied by a variety of chutneys, adding depth and variety to each bite. The meager portion provided felt like an afterthought, as if it were added merely to check off a box rather than to truly complement the meal. Considering the importance of chutney in South Indian cuisine, I believe Udupi Akshaya should reconsider their portion sizes. Even a small increase in the amount of chutney provided would make a significant difference in the overall dining experience. It is disheartening to have to ration such an integral component of the meal. While I understand that some establishments may have limitations due to cost or availability of ingredients, it is essential to maintain consistency and meet customer expectations. The lack of sufficient chutney detracted from an otherwise satisfactory experience and left me feeling unsatisfied. In conclusion, Udupi Akshaya's parcel service offers decent South Indian cuisine, but the scant quantity of chutney provided was a significant letdown. Good quality food

The is the pure veg restaurant and it has a function hall for 100 people. The food in this restaurant was awesome and the hall was also good and there is well maintaince and some of the service quality has to be increased. Parking is a little issue for cars in that area.lift was small as only 3 people can only for in that.

If you want to have a quick veg meal in your busy schedule then hop in at this famous restaurant. Don’t expect a delicious food but yes you will have a tummy full meal!!

Standard taste, no one can beat this restaurant in Rajahmundry. Car Parking is problem here. Sitting is available in 2 and 3 floor. Ground floor self service. Ambiance is not good in the 2 and 3 floor but since taste is super it is always full and you need to wait sometimes. Pure veg restaurant with many varieties.

Food Quality is very good. All items are of good taste.Lunch time rush is more around 1330 hours. Staff members are very active and service is excellent. Parking space in front of the hotel is limited on the road side. Security persons are arranged to help. While two wheelers can manage some how, four wheelers may have to test their luck. It is advisable for parking cars near by places and walk to the Udipi Akshaya restaurant.

Amazing veg food for anyone I suggest . Great ambience and different varieties including tiffins and other items especially kaju tomato is my favorite. So fast in terms of serving and always crowded. With family you will enjoy there. Crowded because of quality and taste it offers to its customers.
