Rooms are good and clean. Management are obedient. They’ll provide you with complementary water bottle when you checkin. It is near to many restaurants and temples. Hotel will cost you around 2000-2500 depending on no of persons.setup box also recharged, nowadays it is very rare to see tv working in any hotel, they managed it well. Cleaner and other workers are forcing for tips, hotel management should look into this.

No hot water, no proper cleaning of rooms. Looks outdated and not worth paying 2k per night. Nearby drunkards roaming at night making it unsafe for family. No car parking. I left my car on the road at night.

Horrible. I didn't stay there. Looked at the room and vacated immediately. It was a struggle. Cockroaches, stained floors and beds. I had to book rooms at another hotel (Leela Pavilion). My money was literally wasted twice over coz of Sitara Grand's unacceptable delivery and @Goibibo's incompetence in partnering with such hotels. The amount I spent is 3.2k for those 2 stupid rooms for which I've never used.

Pathetic and worst staying experience....they have some water pressure issues in their hotel, because of which throughout day somen horrible noises are coming from the washroom and which is some much loud one can't sleep at all.

The rooms are okay. A weird sounds comes from pipes in the bathroom when people in other rooms use to flush or taps it stops only when those pipes are stopped properly again. Hotel staff usually visits all rooms and stops this but when this happens at night, one has to bear sounds all night.

Not well maintained... Birds in the bathroom... Doors are not completely closable... In the night cockroaches will come... Worst experience. But it is reliable and reasonable. Service is excellent.

This review is about behavior of the staff but not about the taste of the food. Because the food taste is good enough. Coming to the point, yesterday evening we went to this hotel to pick some food parcel. The person who is in reception (to whom we paid the bill) is not having patience and he doesn't even know how to respect customers. They should remember one thing that, they are not feeding people for free.

Non ac is not up to mark but AC rooms are awesome and you can ask for discount go and give a try

The Best Hotel in Rajahmundry Hotel Sitara Grand. Had a fantastic experience in everything. Ambience, Service, Food, Rooms everything. In fact this hotel is located at a central point of the town where you can travel to every direction with ease. Coming to food, very tasty food and presented well. Every cuisine we had was great. Huge breakfast spread. I am sure I will come back to this place again when I am in Rajahmundry.

If there was a zero star rating I can give the same. I remember the only time I stepped into that restaurant an year back and still my anger did not reduce. If you don't have anything to do with how people treat you, and are ready to accept any treatment only because you love the food, you can skip my review. 1. The waiters are not trained. They throw stuff onto people and do not even have the courtesy to apologize. 2. The food is as ok as any other vegetarian food. It's not special. You can find another restaurant if u can just search a bit more. Trust me they don't need your presence in the restaurant. 3. The waiting time here is something I don't understand. Maybe due to its precious laurels it still stands. 4. I have resolved after one whole year, that I will not step into this restaurant nor will my family members. We are done. One of the worst restaurants in many states.

Even that one star given is waste. Our experience is horrible, rooms are stinky and smelly, never properly cleaned, either routinely or on request. Same with mattress and sheets. No complimentary newspaper or breakfast. Bathroom is horror show. There is a decent vegetarian hotel nearby with the same Sitara Name, claimed by the hotel as their own. If you eat anything there, you MUST pay tips to the waiter. Otherwise, he stares at you as though to insult you. The hotel is just a one star hotel, with single occupancy small rooms with added AC with the price of a 3 star hotel! At Rs. 1800 per day, you can get a decent 2/3 star hotel even in Madras/Chennai with complimentary breakfast. For Rajamahendravaram, this rate is too expensive. Room is too small with no place to walk around the double bed. TV on the opposite wall can only be watched while sitting awkwardly on the bed, since a cup-board on the side wall obstructs the view. All in all, it's plain GRAND waste of money !!

A disappointing property, the reception is just a couple of chairs, a telephone and a computer. Though they claim to have an in house dining facility but in reality there is none. They are dependent on the dining hall of another hotel 200 meters away. The dining hall does not always honour the Sitara;s clients, so you fend for yourselves. The rooms are ill maintained with no one having an idea of the state of rooms, we went through two rooms before getting a functional room with a working AC. To be avoided.

I really loved this place. Tried different tiffins and continental food and everything exceeded expectations. Taste is so consistent as I went there multiple times. Naans are so soft and remains soft over a period too.

The hotel is excellent for pure vegetarian food lovers. Both North & South Indian food were good. Sitting was good. It's too much rush even at 4pm.

I’ve been here a couple of times since they always have more reservations than they could take. The food was good enough but the waiter scammed me into getting half a portion of idli said they’d charge me extra 10₹ for it which is kinda ridiculous but I was willing to let it slide then these mfs proceed to charge me double for it. Wild that an established joint would resort to such underhanded methods.

I was staying here & at the time of check-in they told the room rent 1500 per day but at the time of checkout in morning they were asking 2000per day. After lot of disicussion they charged 1600 per day.No commintment value.
