visited
Sri
Surya
Family
Restaurant
in
Rajahmundry,
and
while
the
overall
experience
was
decent,
there
are
a
few
areas
that
require
improvement.
I
would
like
to
address
three
main
concerns:
seed
delivery,
adherence
to
food
safety
rules,
and
serving
time.
Firstly,
the
restaurant
needs
to
work
on
its
seed
delivery.
The
quality
of
the
seeds
served
with
the
meal
was
disappointing.
They
appeared
to
be
stale
and
lacked
freshness,
which
greatly
affected
the
overall
dining
experience.
It's
important
for
a
family
restaurant
to
provide
fresh
and
high-quality
seeds
to
enhance
the
dining
experience
for
their
customers.
Secondly,
I
noticed
a
lack
of
proper
adherence
to
food
safety
rules.
Maintaining
a
clean
and
hygienic
environment
is
of
utmost
importance
in
any
food
establishment.
While
the
general
cleanliness
of
the
restaurant
was
acceptable,
there
were
a
few
instances
where
I
observed
some
unclean
surfaces
and
improper
handling
of
food
by
the
staff.
It
is
essential
for
the
management
to
ensure
that
the
food
preparation
area
is
always
clean,
and
the
staff
follows
proper
hygiene
practices
to
avoid
any
contamination
issues.
Lastly,
the
serving
time
at
Sri
Surya
Family
Restaurant
was
quite
slow.
It
took
an
unusually
long
time
for
our
food
to
arrive
at
the
table,
despite
the
restaurant
not
being
particularly
crowded
at
the
time
of
our
visit.
This
delayed
service
can
be
frustrating
for
customers,
especially
those
who
have
time
constraints
or
are
hungry.
The
restaurant
should
focus
on
streamlining
their
service
process
and
reducing
the
waiting
time
for
the
food
to
be
served.
On
a
positive
note,
the
ambiance
of
Sri
Surya
Family
Restaurant
is
pleasant,
and
the
staff
members
were
polite
and
attentive.
The
menu
offers
a
decent
variety
of
dishes,
and
the
flavors
were
satisfactory.
However,
the
issues
mentioned
above
are
crucial
aspects
that
need
immediate
attention
to
improve
the
overall
dining
experience.
I
hope
the
management
of
Sri
Surya
Family
Restaurant
takes
these
suggestions
seriously
and
works
towards
addressing
these
concerns.
With
improvements
in
seed
delivery,
adherence
to
food
safety
rules,
and
faster
service,
the
restaurant
has
the
potential
to
become
a
go-to
place
for
families
in
Rajahmundry.
