Near the railway station, it is a decent place to stay. Price is a little bit higher for a single room ( 2 beds). Got this room at midnight. Staff were Okay, not very welcoming. We took 2 rooms, one room was very good but the other one had a window ac and it wasn't good. The rooms were very big, the washroom was clean and decent. TV, kettle available. Soaps and shampoo were given. A bath towel was also provided. Parking is also available beside and in front of the hotel. Room service is available but there is no telephone in the room.

I called this hotel and made a phone reservation for a triple room for two days after checking pricing online. The rooms are standard. The bathroom is filthy, and the service is awful. Since the hotel room phone is broken, I can only reach reception by mobile phone till 12:30 p.m., after that reception phone will be inoperable. I've never experienced this level of service at another hotel. Even for room service, we need to call reception, who will tell us they will send a boy and have him there in few minutes (but in reality he will reach after two hours). Overall, it is not advised to stay at this hotel. However, you can definitely get a room if you have no other options.

Too old rooms and worst management, scammer receptionist, money cheating management team, they will charge sum amount with GST. While check out they will say you don't have GST so we will provide one dope bill. Owner need to see in it. They need do some surveillance on there management. Finally one word " "*Scammer receptionist*"🤬

Room are spacious and good but only one issue is there , if you order a tea , the hotel staff will ask for the money for their tea and same with the cleaning staff , after cleaning the room, they were asking money for tea. Even The person at reception Asked money for tea while checking out from the hotel .Hotel management should take care of this things

Room was not clean, very unhygienic, floor and bathroom was dirty, even bed sheet was not proper clean. Asked them to change the bed sheet they ignored it. There was lizard and was moving every where even bed also. They did not provide any service but check out time the guy was asking for tips. It was a horrible experience.

Rooms are OK for the price. The service staff keep expecting tips even for minimum service. No restaurant attached or close by. Had to walk a while to eat. But Swiggy and Zomato deliver.

Hi Gang, We stayed here for a day as it is near to the railway station. Nothing cool about this in perticular, but it's just near and available for us at that point of time. Service is Ok. Must appreciate the flexibility they have in check-in and check-out. Thanks

Good, spacious Well maintained Service apartments Opp to Mahankali temple., Rajhmundry. They charge 4000 - 4500rs per flat per day. All double bedrooms, fully furnished rooms. Food is also available if required.

Water in bathroom not much clean. Need to wash the water tanks properly and regularly.

It was such a disappointment for us. Staying for 3 days with bare minimum standards. We were a group of 114 people booked the hotel 15 days in advance and after reaching out there we were given 8Non A/C rooms which was not revealed when we booked and the room charges they collected were equivalent to A/C rooms. It is so unfair to charge the customer unreasonably. Pathetic situation was hotel didn’t provide even drinking water in rooms. Hotel Rooms were very old & washrooms situation can’t be described. I would not prefer this hotel for their pricing & the loyalty towards their customers.

I have no idea where to start. Never had a stay worst than this till date. The room service was too bad, no maintenance. They didn't even provide us pure drinking water and the water they gave us was too bad to taste. And the staff also gave us rude response. Actually we were people of 110 and they gave us non-a/c rooms for the same price of a/c rooms and upon that while leaving they asked us to pay for extra 7500/- . The rooms are very bad to stay and webcobs are all around, full of mosquitoes and cockroaches. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to waste ur money. :(

I booked this hotel online and I have booked a triple bed non AC room, Room was Okay, a bit old one, bathroom is not hygienic.. The position of the fan is only towards one side the other part of the bed, does not recieve any air.. Taps are rusted, wash basin is bad and no water from it.. Toilets does not have a flush. Overall okay hotel for a night stay.. not great but okay

Poor maintanence.....had a bad experience with the cockroaches on the bed....over priced....even we have to buy water...in this hotel...

The hotel is in a prime location. There is adequate parking in the front and below. The rooms are good. The only place where i got seperate double bed for my kids. The staff is nice. You can stroll around the market.

Hotel Rathna Palace is old one in Rajahmundry so you see the facilities in hotel looks old. It can be renovated to match the latest trend. It is okay place to stay.

This is a nice place to stay. Located in the main road of Rajahmundry. Reception is very good. The reception manager attends immediately on our visit. Mr.ML Prasad and others pay their attention immediately on your stepping in to the property. Room services are excellent. All staff are cordial and attend to our work. Regarding premises: room is spacious (14/12 size) with good bed mattresses,AC and a fan in good working condition. The washrooms are spacious enough to have a nice bath. All required Amenities are provided in the washroom. I prefer to stay again in my next visit to this place. This Hotel allows food partners like Swiggy, Zamato for supply of food and beverages. You can booze too.

I liked the place to stay but they should check blankets before giving key to customer because when I stayed in room with my buddy....I saw bed bugs...so better check before giving key to customers....and it was good place morning view is awesome

Not a good choice for family stay. It's unhygienic, broken and dangerous. Don't try the lift unless you want to put yourself at risk. Parking place is very small and may not accommodate your car. There are better options available nearby at similar price.

Non AC rooms are Good place for night stay. Recommended for affordable accommodation. Cleanliness and bed sheets are moderately good...could be slightly better

Worst customer service. Receptionist doesn't want any customers. Owner should consider talking to receptionist once to be polite and not rude.

Old property and facilities are ooookai for the price but view from our room is awesome
