The management is not at all bothered about its guests. We did a booking via goibibo, and since it was our first time in AP we wanted a parking facility hotel. When asked about parking, receptionist just nods its head and says "outside parking only and it's safe". No room service, everything has to be ordered from outside without any pre informed rates, so the hotel staff is fooling people with whatever rates they want. I ordered two veg fried rice and the boy charged me, 700 saying it's from a premium hotel. I am not going to this place again and encourage people to find somewhere worth staying

A 3*hotel with an age old reputation. The rooms are average . Room Services are average Evening make sure that mosquitos had not creeped in , or otherwise it's hell . Nearby to this just 100 mtrs can find a charminar tea stall ( a dabba shop ) which caters gud tea nd coffee The tea include Mint tea Pudina tea Green tea Green tea with pudina Green tea with honey Very gud samosas are catered Neat and clean space . The person in the shop speaks many languages too . Just Near to Aditya palace is a bakery which is run by kannadiga people from Hassan . Totally Aditya palace is recommended just bcoz itsnearby to rly station.

Just average rooms and place. Staff are verbally good but actions wise a lil money minded. They get you breakfast, tea coffee etc but don't return change until you ask them for an account. They just smile when asked for change and I'm not sure if that means they want to keep it as tip for themselves. We ended letting go of 220 rs or more as we went in a group n we were randomly making payments. Not everyone can leave so much money as tip, so the staff should be trained on some basics. These helped also wanted more tip while checkout. I got a bit irritated with their attitude n behaviors towards the end. Rooms were very very average. Room no.316 was pathetic it had leaving sink and dirty WC.

The rooms are so neat, tidy well maintained. Especially, blankets are clean, rooms were cleaned on daily basis. Staff is attentive, responds immediately and friendly. Hot water was available 24x7. The only issue here is Mosquitos. As this property is very near to river Godavari we faced this issue. We carried a Mosquito repellent which solved the problem. This property is in the heart of the city and everything you get in a walkable distance which is a major advantage.

The room was good and service was good too, the mosquito in night sometimes disturbs your sleep. Carry your own water as they won't provide any until asked..

It is definitely value for money. JFYI, I booked my stay through a 3rd party site. The rooms and linens were clean enough, the furniture was a bit cranky, and the lights were dusty. There was no room service. The worst part of my stay was the AC noise.

Very nice and very well maintained location. Calm and peaceful for holiday reasons and for good health and safety.

It's not a hotel but a lodge. I booked the mini suit room but it seems to be a normal room. No ambience, no good wibe, if it is just a night and have less money in your pocket then it can be tried .

At great location, and the prices are reasonable! Rooms are clean and well maintained. But could see few cockroaches. **Lift is not working most of the time. **

Visited few days back for 2 days stay, No hot water, no telephone fecility, overall ok experience. For bachelors it's ok, but big no for families

The standard AC room was spacious, neat, and comfortable. Ac, TV and all other amenities were top notch. Bathroom was neat and tidy. Location is also very good right on road so no confusion to locate it. Worth every buck

Good place but make sure you talk to them first to turn on the water heater without which, you will have to shower in 10 degree water like I did. I know its not a 5 star hotel but is it not basic for any hotel to provide hot water?

Cleanliness not maintained. Service is little slow. You need to keep asking for drinking water once you arrive in the room. Don't go for with breakfast option. They don't have their own restaurant.

Hotel is good. Budgeted, Well Cleaned, Staff also behaves good. Nice Stay .

The guy (Manager) over there is arrogent, used slang language while asking valid questions and even tried to beat me up while taking video as I was not getting any proper response logically...clearly told that parking is not there - as it's full and actually, it was not even a proper parking... One side they kept reception and another side parking with very few limited park place like first come first service - rest of the tourist who paid the same for the same service - they are not bothered about them......but, in MakeMyTrip they posted something else which is incorrect and misleading...while asking in that case why it's mentioned that parking facility is available..he told that it's not their problem check with MakeMyTrip..and if I keep on insisting for a proper parking place then somehow I need to adjust and keep there itself and if scratch or damage happens then they won't be responsible...or else, either keep the car in such place which is inclined and very risky or keep it outside opp area which is no one's responsibility...while delivering all these this Manager was behaving just like a Gunda...at last when I told that as you are unable to deliver whatever was promised then cancel so that I ask MakeMyTrip to initiate a refund... listening that he just acted as if some begger came infront of him and he told exactly "NO REFUND, bhago yahase" - no refund just get lost...after that I was bound to record a video when he became furious and asked it's not allowed (obviously he doesn't want anything to be recorded as evidence)... When I didn't stop..he came forward and beat me but, when other staff advised him..he backed off and started scaring about police which I was willing for... Even that didn't work out for him... I was with my family included a small kid and we drove almost 18 hours... That was almost 10 PM...after all when I understood they are like roudy and nothing helpful is going to happen... I left the place...and contacted MakeMyTrip immediately...they helped me to book another hotel near by right away.... BUT, @Makemytrip ... Listing this kind of properly with misleading, incorrect information and moreover these kind of mentality and behaviour is dangerous for tourist and for sure without any doubts, your reputations will be at stake... I wish to take strict action against this properly and recommend MakeMyTrip to unlist this...I have the video with me...if MakeMyTrip asks officially... I will provide

They do not have parking facility to accommodate your cars. Only 4 cars can be in the parking space. Rest they asked to park in open. We had to park our car in sludge and Overnight mosquitoes got in the car. Also there were no one to help with luggage when checking in. While checking out people were too many to help and standing beside the car only to ask money. Pathetic customer service.

2 star hotel in middle of Rajahmundry city, rooms are quite clumsy,no room service ,limited parking,no in-house dining,toilets are ok but not good..check with hotel directly for better rates ..don't depend on online booking rates,,

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in their most expensive room I.e. suite room.The room was big and well appointed buy I am sorry to state that this hotel lacks considerably in terms of cleanliness, hyiegene and service. The bathroom was not clean,leaking WC, and dirty drains. The blanket provided was not worth using as they don't provide the sheet along with it. I had to struggle for getting my AC on and my TV on.Intercom is never working in any rooms. Muni fridge was not working and was so dirty that you cannot use it. They don't have their restaurant and room service is pathetic. Nobody appears when you call. It cannot be termed ad a hotel.I fecommed that nobody should stay in this so called hotel as these people are having no concept of hospitality.

This is a lodge not a hotel. For lodge it is reasonable and okay. Rooms are partitioned by doors and we are able to hear noise from next room. That is disturbing.

Decent price. Basement parking. Owner's son also sits at the reception. Ensuring quality customer care. Near to railway station. Markets nearby. Overall good experience. Cleanliness is maintained.
