I was with my family of 7 and has a worst experience. Worst hotel ever I have been. Below are the cons , I could not find any pros. 1) Rooms are so tiny, price is very high for such small rooms. 2) Reception service is very bad. 3) Broken bed was given and that shifted us to seperate room. In that new room, bathroom is very bad, not cleaned properly. 4) Bathrooms had a transparent glass to its wall. Outside people can clearly see through that glass. 5) Staff is not at all coperative. Please avoid this if possible. I wanted to give negative rating but system is not allowing me to do so

Value for the money we give. Located very near to Pushkar Ghats, Godavari Railway station,Fort Gate centre etc. Very old building but facilitated with an old lift in working condition. Service is good. A speciality in this hotel is they have provided a ceiling fan in the restroom too.

The staffs are not cooperating.They turned off AC even if I paid for AC. They will not listen even if you call so many times for room service.Don't book this hotel when you come to Rajhmundry.

Amazing! A must! This casual dining restaurant has something for everyone! I had my dinner with my family and the dishs was to die for! It was a generous portion, served piping hot and tasty. Don’t say I didn’t warn you, the rolls are doughy warm goodness, save room for dinner! My stay was comfortable and nice, they made my stay comfortable.

Good location with no dedicated parking. The hotel staff disputes with the online rates and offers a stinky room in that price. They asked to pay extra for the room we booked alreday. The offered room had beds full of bugs crawling and sheets were dirty too. Mosquitos were creating a menace the whole night. I had to stay there as it was too late in the evening to look for an alternative and I was with my family. It seems to be a marketing gimmick that accepts rooms at lower price and once we reach the property, we are asked to cough up more. TERRIBLE STAY AND AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!

Room are not worth of 2000 or 2500. AC is very old. No instant cooling. Fan also very old type. No proper speed. Wifi also not coming inside room. Even they are not providing towel, soap, etc. Even after charging 2500. There are lot of amenity issue. It seems hotel management is more money hungry than service. I will never come to this hotel again.Worst experience. Jhantu hotel.

This is a fake hotel. Avoid booking here. Images on Google/Oyo and rooms both are severely different. Biggest scam by this hotel and supported by Oyo. Don't book, I repeat. You will get dirty and single bed hostel like room. No double bed no space in room.

Service is good guys at reception are well mannered. Only problem I can see is Rooms look old fashioned need some maintenance. Otherwise point is in Center place and very near to Godavari harathi ghat.

Oyo representative on call said it is the best one to stay But it is worst and unhygienic, cigarettes smoke and liquor smell Hotel owner said department people are boozing in one the rooms and asked us to be bear for sometime till they leave

This hotel is completely a utter disappointment. I have booked it for my mom through Oyo and even though I have paid full amount the hotel people denied to give checkin and demanded additional amount. The hotel looks very dirty including the rooms. It's not an AC room. These people loot money from customers and if not paid they deny check in. Its very inconvenient for people coming from outside. Be aware of this property as it has not just one issue but many. The hotel and reception people are money looting people. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Place is great and food was also good. Hotel services are good. Rooms were quiet good and clean.

The booking was made through Yatradham with full payment advance and they didnt provide the room to my parents saying they arent affliated with yatradham. Full money 2000 rupee taken by yatra dham

Worst experience, booked our stay through an online portal, when we called manager for the confirmation, he asked us to pay extra payment and denied the rooms. Providing rates in online portal to attract PPL and asking for an extra amount. CHEATERS

Booked through Oyo. Room was good but the bathroom was really unhygienic. There were literally 1000 mosquitos. It was really difficult to stay in the bathroom for few minutes itself. Service was good. They provided snacks per room.

The hotel is situated at an excellent place as its just a stone's throw away to many temples, ghat, shopping complexes etc. However, I'm not so happy with room and toilet condition. They need to be cleaner especially the pail, mug, bedsheets, blankets etc. Other than that, the staffs are good.

The from is fine. Just big enough. The bathroom allotted to us had the ceiling broken, water was leaking from the geyser. Definitely not worth it.

It was a short night stay during a long road trip. The staffs were polite and supportive. The rooms were clean and good. Washroom were also clean and hygienic (the tube light in the bathroom was not working though). The complimentary stuffs were good (One Fizzy Bottle, One Maza Bottle, Water bottle, 2 Haldiram Snack packets). Thanks for the nice gestures!

Charged high rate for a room with dirty bed sheet and an open toilet window which we cannot close. Good for bachelors... family with ladies wont be comfortable.
