The worst hotel i have ever been. Very unpleasant experience. The room was not clean. During this pandemic the hotel staff after charging the price they didnt clean the room. Though my checkin time was at 11am the room was occupied by previous guests till 2pm. The used towels and blankets of previous guests were lying on the chairs, the pillow covers were not changed and they were with the previous guests hair on them. The room service stole my restroom chappals, and for the night a mattress protector was given as a blanket. The bathroom window doesnt has a cover, a bird can fly in to lay eggs on top of the geyser as the geyser doesnt work any way. You have to take cold water baths. The staff doesnt care to help you even after requests. Dropping the photos for your reference. Very dirty staff and a dirty hotel with unhygienic practices only.

Room ambience, corridor and room designed in a nice way ,but only thing you need to remember is the lenin changing and washroom cleaning, if you maintain these things then the guest will come repeatedly, if you take these things lightly your profits will also decrease gradually, thing i want to say is iam not satisfied with room cleaning, used lenin placed and cigarette buds in washroom (the most irritating thing for so many people ), take this seriously and make your "apsara " more beautiful

the suite room does not have wifi. no towels were provided. no bedsheets were provided. there is a telephone outside the room but the connection was removed. the shelves are all locked and keys were not provided.

Room allocated to us was very small. It is in 3rd floor. Lift was not in working condition. Bed sheet and towel are not washed properly. A.C are brand new so working super fine. TV and Hot water facility available.

Absolutely worst ,we ordered a large room for 2 days no wifi ,no phone to call the reception ,phone is disconnected ,we ordered room service because there is a munchbox menu but they said services like that are not available i mean dude we are giving u money not for free so act like it ,AC remote is not working so we had to take the plug off because its exremely cold and there were no blankets when we asked for blanlets he said its not available ,if nothing is available why did u even build a hotel

Worst hotel never experienced , lift not working, water not coming in wash room, no body attend calls in reception. Really very bad experience. No room service. When I give complaint in reception they simply telling that will rectify. Worst

A very unpleasant experience , 1) No commitment from the hotel 2) unjust behaviour with the customer and poor customer service The issue : booked 3 rooms in advance with full payment and mentioned the check in will be 6am . Post reaching the hotel the customer was asked to wait 3 hours for checkin. We’ll if you don’t abide by your commitment why would you take payment in full. PS: I had to seek a personal apology for my guests for their act I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Very bad experience... rat's on the floor...any room in 4th floor AC not working... very low maintenance...I can't prefer anyone try for another nearby

We did my baby sis 1st birthday here everything is good the workers here are responsive and solves your probs and they are frndlyy too so i recommend you this place for small parties

Too costly for a room size of 10/8. Costed me 2000 for 1 night. No bed sheet provided. Bed was were stinky. Tooo many mosquitoes, no allout provided. Room service was late everytime. AC was working fine. Bathroom with no exhaust fan. No soap provided in room It was as equal as those govt rooms . Supposed to give 0 star , badluck.

Excellent hotel. Room is spacious and comfort. Hotel staff automtically upgraded the room. Food is very tasty. We frequntly visited MUNCHBOX Restaurant which is very nice and pleasant. APSARA staff are polite and do nice service.

The worst stay ever seen in my Life time. No cleenly ness, no alternative if Power failures. If fan functions, lighting failured. Very disturbed sleep during my stay. Water leakage and spreads around the room from bathroom. Irresponsible staff. They won't supply even drinking water. I nevver recommend this Hotel Apsara anyway. Sorry.

It is right on the national highway. It is more of a lodge than a hotel. They have a small restaurant with limited food options. Seemed to be a local hangout place as there was a fancy coffee shop in front of it. We stayed there for a night to rest before continuing the highway journey. Didn't want to venture into Rajahmundry down in the evening traffic. So, stayed here without any prior reservation. There is a small covered parking space in the back side to park about 4-5 cars. Rooms were not that clean. One bathroom had see through glass window. Honking sounds of vehicles can be heard all night. No breakfast in the restaurant. So, if one is travelling and wants to stay for a night or so, then this place can be considered.

Cleanness of rooms not upto mark. No drinking water. You have to purchase with extra charge.

The Room and the linens weren't clean. The hotel didn't have bedsheets .We were provided with the bedsheets only after insisting for the same.The geyser wasn't working. The air conditioning was good.Definitely not worth paying 1500 /- per day for the size of the room that was on offer.
