The worst service they have provided. Rooms are not at all clean. Ac stopped working in mid of the night and nobody cares. The receptionist was an arrogant guy. The way he answers will literally test your patience. Just dont choose this one at all.

Denied checkin after paying online on oyo app at 10 pm, i have reported exactly at the same time to oyo customer care. My booking id T3JT7500. The oyo now denies my payment back telling that property manager is not responding such a shame on the kind of service what oyo is doing.

We had a small meeting here recently. Rooms are spacious and the maintenance is OK. The only advantage is it's centrally located and there are good eateries and restaurants around.

Rooms are not worth the smount. Toilet door not closing. AC making noise. Service boys are not taking the luggage from customers hands. Worst car parking facility. In toilet, tap not working, only shower working.

Had a decent stay here with my pet. The rooms are big and well furnished. Cleanliness was also good. Overall the stay was nice. Service could definitely be better. The hotel is very near the river godavari which is a big plus point.

The photos in the oyo app are fake. In person you will have the worst experience. The room is very congested and the bathroom too. Staff behaviour is careless. AC is not as what is shown..it is window AC

This OYO property dealers are cheaters with no basic ethics. I had very bad experience, after paying the amount they denied the room at 3AM in the morning saying rooms are full. OYO customer care is also pathetic.

Rooms were good and washroom kept clean. However the lift was not in good condition. The parking here is a big problem. Need to find parking on the streets and the designated place for parking is not recommended.

All hotels are denying oyo bookings. It’s waste of time looking out for oyo. Try out some other sites or apps. Save time.

They tried to scam by taking extra money in cash. They refused to honour the OYO online payment and threatened by driver if he doesnt pay in cash. Thankfully we had a few locals to help us out. If you want to get scammed then go for this hotel.

We had blocked the room via agoda after going there they demanded an extra amount so no point of booking online . Then they randomly switched of the AC without asking.Owner is also very rude. So highly not recommended

Where to start... 1. Fake posting by Oyo to sell rooms 2. No comparison of online pics to reality 3. Room is very small, my bedroom is double the size back home 4. Bed is worst, spring breaks back for sure. Woke up with body pains 5. AC not working 6. WiFi not available 7. Common area and steps - not clean and ppl don't wait spitting and smoking 8. Bathroom not clean, had to hold unless it's really necessary 9. TV - only limited channel mostly useless as no battery in remote 10. Prefer short stay, not recommended for family 11. Finally not worth 500 RS. Just another dormitory

Good hotel... nice supporting staff.. all safe and hygienic you can blindly trust. I have seen many couples coming over here. You can trust these place also seen many families comming here. Good maintenance and very quick response. I can say one of the best stay in rajumendry when ever I come I stay here this is so friendly and sooper cool. Cost is also reasonable and rooms are at it's best. I can even suggest unmarried couples to go blindly with out any fear. For me there are lot of memories i have enjoyed a lot with my friends. The toilet condition is horrible...no exhaust fan. Any type of provision is available either in washroom or in the room to dry the clothes.

It was good hotel for stay and also you should take 4x suit rooms. This rooms was very good and spacious. And also good for that..!❤️ And also service also good. I'm booked the room on oyo.! So don't think to go for that purpose 😉 It was pleasant and nice

I personally didn’t like the services they offered. The room was a waste of money. The manager made us wait till 12pm as our train dropped little earlier. The AC was not working, no space in the room , drinking water was also not served properly.
