Worst management especially the receptionist. He was rude and not at all respecting customers. He simply said if you want book the hall or get lost we have our own customer base, we dont need to entertain you. Management have to change him first or they will get to know the power of mouth talk. Even if you book the hall, you will be ill treated infront of all relatives with his behaviour. Marriages and other functions are good moments, dont ruin it. If he is not respecting now, dont expect anything better after you book it

Dinning area is only good for 100-150people.Too small .Small marriages and birthday functions like up to 200 people only have to book here .No parking properly.

It is good for medium size functions but NOT for marriages. Not sufficient parking space for 4 wheelers. Very bad toilets, NO maintenance.

This is the place where you never feel hot. It's a large place to celebrate your weddings, birthdays and many more. Rooms for this function hall were also very big which are low cost. These rooms have good ventilation. Bathroom was so clean. Capacity of this function hall was more than 10k people. In rooms we have AC, TV, cupboards.

For engagement they took 45000 For marriage they took 65000 On month Aug 2022 Current bill and extra rooms will cost you extra Current bill around 12000 for one day use And each room cost you 2000 to 3000 Room checkin and checkout time: 8 am to 8am

Not suitable for marriages. And the biggest problem I saw is there is no washroom for visitors.

A very nice budget hotel in a decent location in Rajahmundry

The hotel is close to the main road. You may find the Godavari river in the distance when you look out of the hotel windows. The rooms are spacious and come at affordable price. The hotel has two elevators. One elevator will be switched off at night or mostly not working. Do not keep any hope on WiFi. The hotel main gates are closed by 10pm but they remain unlocked over the night. The Reception is closed at night. Hotel boys are available at night for room service. You can find them sleeping downstairs in the reception area. Rooms are cleaned only once in a day by the cleaning staff. You may get a complimentary water bottle.

Best hall and cool environment perfect location 😍to find easily …. Small hall price is low and best for functions…but height is very short it’s only 8 feet of height… not good for decorations…. 250 members of capacity is the hall strength….. birthday function are best to celebrate here and for the small family receptions …

MRR Residency is located on the Main road in Rajahmundry Jawaharlal Nehru road. The function hall is suitable for small functions as the hall is small which can be accommodated up to 150 persons. Not suitable for large functions like marriages. Only one room is available for changing dress, etc. Like in the other function halls, no separate rooms for bride and groom. There is a separate hall on the first floor for dining. Lift facility is available. Limited space for parking. No toilets on either first floor (dining hall) or second floor (function hall) you need to go to the ground floor and that too a single toilet is available.

Air Conditioner working is almost zero. The care taker is so trained to give Instant negative response. He interferes where to keep buffet tables, when to use lights etc. Very funny / irresponsible answer - if you keep curtains on east side of first floor, the sun impact would be less - His answer, it is difficult to wash and reuse the curtains. No rest room in first floor and second floor rest room - general compartment of railway wash room is better. Simple - He feels that the function hall given in charity.
