I hav gave only 2 star's bcoz I was visited dt place from 24/8/2021_26/8 /2021( 2 days)dey r taking lot of amount for dt room..but dir iz no frdly staff & no one cares rooms good but ..no cleaning dey r bhving rude I hav never faced dt bloody residency..d customer wants respect in ebry where dey r treating good for whoz having car .. lawda residency chal waste of cost 🙄

One of the cleaniest and hygenic hotel in town. It is just few mtrs away from the NH. You can find many restaurant and eateries near by. Staff are very polite and professional. Room service and car parking are available. Overall nice stay!

This location is easy to navigate with maps. The place is well maintained. The rooms are clean and are provided with TV, phone, AC and hot water. The locality is posh and nearby to many function halls. Car parking and power backup are also available. It doesn't have kitchen and there are no restaurants nearby, therefore it is difficult to make arrangements for food. It seems management has not planned any alternative. Being new to the city, I asked the reception for breakfast, they simply answered that they don't have a kitchen. I expected a little help from the management side regarding guidance on restaurants nearby but they are least bothered. It is difficult in a new city especially without food delivery apps. Hope they change their attitude. Please hit like button if you find my review helpful.

Nice and convenient for those from out of station attending a function at the function halls across the road. It is a standard hotel with the necessary minimal comforts. I wish they had a restaurant for a quick bite either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or perhaps they should provide this facility say through swiggy or something like that.

Nice service by staff. Rooms are good and hygiene. A/c also working but looks like old one. Room service also good, for tea water and food orders they will help in delivering at your room.

Elevator is conjusted not more than 4 people. Function hall is small ,for max of 60 people. Road Point, Near to Vizag - Vijaywada Highway. 3 km to Bustand.

Only lodging. Neat rooms. ₹2250 for 24 hours from check-in time. Can check-in for any time. Beast stay in this area. May not be a grand look but undoubtedly best to stay with family.

Good amenities and well maintained. Near to high way, so one of the best option for travellers. Good verieties of food options available nearby.

Decent rooms and good ambiance. Lobby and corridor area maintenance is good. 24hrs check-in if booked directly (Not in apps). Renovation of rest rooms is a must. Can improve on maintenance of the rooms(like towels, bed sheets etc)
