I don't have a peaceful journey as 2 other lady passengers were made to sit along with me at morning 3am due to poor condition of bus, leaking AC (as mentioned). I'm a doctor, expected to sleep atleast for few hours before reaching my hospital, as I have night duty that day, but this was hindered and was really upset with the services.

Such a stupid service. Firstly They have cancelled and shifted my ticket to another bus with different time without even informing me. Secondly when I called the bus operator he told me he doesn't manage the cancellations and gave me another number. When I've talked to the 2nd person he told me that he has no idea about these cancellations and made me talk to another person who said that he is not responsible for cancellation. This is the 3rd time bus got cancelled. If you seriously need a peaceful journey without any headaches please don't choose morning star service.

Late pickup, reaching delay and bad costumer service.....this is not good for morning star travels......it's better to improve their services.

No charging points given @ down side sleepers & on time @ pick up place required more amenities & must be on time for dropping also overall not bad but satisfactory

Worst experience,no punctuality,My Pickup Time Was At 9:30 ,it was delayed by 2 hours without any notice or intimation...and Most Precisely Heavy Delay To The Destination ( Scheduled At 6:00 And Reached At Around 10). My best suggestion is never opt this travel bus.

My Pickup Time Was At 10PM was delayed by 2 hours without any notice or intimation...Bad Sleeper Quality,No Charging Points,Poor Bus Condition,No AC Adjuster And Most Precisely Heavy Delay To The Destination ( Scheduled At 7:00 And Reached At Around 10 )
