Decent looking ambience and food is okay

Very nice range of items available. Price range is also good. Food taste is good other than the Moughlayi. Soups and starters are so good especially Apollo fish, hongkong chicken, spicy chilly chicken, Kebabs and so on. Try to ask the server for their special itrms for the day. They definitely good in taste.

As usual Hotel... - Location📍 beside main road. Refer GMap. - Parking not available. - Tip is asked by staffs. - Polite staffs. - My food 🍲 was not hot, which means it wasn't fresh. I was in a hurry so I ate that and paid for it. - Lighting was dim inside which might occur tiping of someone. - Captain & Waiters are in floaters.

Food Tasty and served as per your ordered. We tried Chicken Lollipop 🍭 fresh and tasty. The Mutton Birayani was very Delicious. Reasonable prices for the food.

No proper lighting in inside the restaurant. It's like they want to hide few things and food is barely visible if you sit right below the ultra small intensity light they have per table.we have turn on flash to see the food sometimes (not an exaggeration) Spicy fried chicken and pepper chicken tasted same. Biryani is okay-ish. Chicken fried rice doesn't have any taste in it. Overall a below average experience coming from a so called 'popular place once upon a time'

Went in and waited for almost 20 mins for a vacant table. After the wait... The table wasn't cleaned properly and smelled absolutely awful and stale. We tried to order Soup and they refused to serve any Soup at 3 PM. Anyway we ordered Apollo Fish as starter, Butter Naan's, Rayalaseema Chicken Curry, Mughalai Biryani and Prawns Biryani. The Apollo Fish starter wasn't good. Tasted salty and overly coated by flour. Butter Naan's with Rayalaseema Chicken Curry tasted Ok. Then... The Mughalai Biryani tasted Bland, Mushy and Oily. The Prawns Biryani tasted good as usual. Finally the serving staff surprised us with an absolutely awful, unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour by demanding us more money saying that the money we already tipped wasn't enough. Actually I used to visit this place frequently almost 10 years ago But now... I suggest anyone not to visit this place unless you want to have a bad and disappointing experience.

Prices are reasonable and affordable. Food especially Biriyani is super. Spacious too for family get-togethers.

Once upon a time this was a very good restaurant , but now this has turned out to be a fraud one cheating customers. Please refer to the attached bill, where without ordering Chocolate Ice cream they have charged for chocolate ice cream where there was a difference of Rs.20 in the bill.Even in the restaurant chocolate ice cream stock was not available,still they have billed in the name of billing mistake. Later when i have once again verified the bill, found that Mutton Biryani was charged. we didn't even ordered Mutton Biryani ,but they have charged for Mutton Biryani.when asked they say that it was a mistake by the billing person and wrongly they have charged Mutton Biryani like ice cream and they will adjust the bill. I hope these kind of repeated mistakes doesn't happen normally and it looks like purely intentional , if we didn't check the complete bill and if we have paid the amount , it would have resulted in loss. Please check and verify the bill before leaving this restaurant.

Nice hotel . Food is very tasty. But the place is congested. Food service is very late. If you order any food they take one hour to serve you.

Descent place for having food...having ground and 1st floor,they provide vast sitting area for people ....suitable for families as well as friends...for partying and all....chicken fry biryani is a must try at this place....located in centre of the city,the place seems usually crowded and makes to wait for 10-15mins to get a table.finally have a table,enjoy the meal...thank you✨❤️

I don't understand why this place has gotten so much attention. I can't feel any vibe over here. The waiting time is too long. Food is average and I don't think the place is maintained well. Last time when I visited I was made to sit at a table after 45 mins, initially I was asked to share my table with other family to save space and the forks were looking like they were used. The table cloth is wet and altogether I decided not to go here anymore.

Giving it 4 star just bcoz the waiting time of the restaurant ismore than an hour Quality - excellent Quantity - good Taste - very good Service - very good Price - ok Ovedall it was a good experience.

The place is crowded as always. Situated in a prime area it is buzz with crowd in its peak time. Visited the place almost 15years ago and it's the same. The walkways are very dark and my friend almost tripped over the stairs. Feel the place needs some renovation.

Earlier it used to be a very good restaurant. I have had very bad experiences, both the times , I have been there. The customer service, food quality have drastically come down. Please consider other options available near by.

The minimum 200 characters required for a hotel review needs to be enhanced to at least 300, so that we can get a fair idea of the property description and its facilities. There are so many 'Top Contributor' reviews which are not more than 4 or 5 lines. Such hotel/ property reviews are very basic and do not provide vital information regarding the location of hotel, or how good rooms are, or what are the facilities etc. Most 200 reviews are very basic - " nice hotel in nice location". Or, " we enjoyed our stay at this property and breakfast and rooms were fine"... a 20-min walk to the nearest monorail could by 'fine' for some, but not for the elderly or families with kids. This is too relative and too short to explain any feature. 300 characters would at least try and give a better review of the property.

there non-veg starters like chicken lolllipop ,winglets and tandoori chicken are best in kkd. how ever there ambience needs to be improved

Could have been better, for all the people who checks on Reviews, I'd say, dont prefer to have food here, I'm not opposing the Dakshin Haveli Chains but, It could have been better, I felt not worthy though!

We went there 2 times, made us share the table with two other strangers. Food is good but the waiters are always in hurry and they urged us to finish quick, we couldnt eat in peace. We went on weekend for the first time, so i didnt mind the treatment but its the same even in the week days.

One of the famous restaurant in the city food is also good you can enjoy the food with your family and friends, all the types of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes available with nice taste. You should try it. Parcel service also available to enjoy the food at your home in the present scenario.

It is good previously but now it's bad in taste. Chicken wings tasted differently with some gummy like texture. Mughalai Chicken biryani curry is so spicy with very small Chicken pieces.

Ordered starters, got tasteless starters with full corn on it, ordered manchow chicken soup, got dragon soup without fried noodle pieces, especially restaurant service is pathetic. With this experience i cameout, frankly i haven't tasted biryani other dishes. I would recommend not to go for starters, will try biryani next time.

In they menu they had 50+ items but they didn't serve all expect regular biryani like dum, fry bit, prawn, mughalai only. Also, the server response was not good they didn't care yourself and very careless behaviour. I don't recommend this restaurant and also food is not so much tasty.

One of the few authentic and quality restaurants in Kakinada operating for atleasy two decades i know of. Better to reserve a table in advance on the weekends as it will get busy. Food is good and tasty.

Very bad staff. Servers are not known how to communicate with customers. Try to avoid to visit this restaurant .2 persons went earlier for that restaurant and said to server wait few mins other 2 persons will join us. Within 1 min server asked us to leave the table and wait . We disagreed and asked what is the problem , even we asked him to take order for both of us but he is not taking order and he is arguing with us. If you want headache please visit Haveli Dakshin. Apart from this I find a fly on the curtain in this restaurant. Earlier it is good resturant in Kakinada but not now.

Ordered mixed fried rice and the chef added every thing boiled chicken, prawns, mutton but unfortunately he missed to cook it so I was unable to eat the boiled items. It's much better if he cooked it.

Chicken items were super delicious and hygiene also. I dine at this place more than dozen times. Never get my stomach upset due to heavy eating. I strongly suggest people to go here and have a taste. Price is also reasonable,staff takes your orders clearly.

One of my first choice restaurant. Food taste was always good. You don't expect more quantity compare to other hotels at same price. But you experience price worth tasty food. Parking was always problem. Some times you need to wait until your turn came.

This restaurant has been there since my father's time. A bit expensive for the quantity they're providing. Hyderabad is the Biryani Hub of India and we can get Biryani for affordable prices even there. The taste is good, though, up to the mark. Chicken pieces could be marinated more. But, my major concern is with the quantity. When we pay 320 rupees for a plate of food, at least two light eaters should be able to eat their fill. The hotel ambience is satisfactory, the lower floor looks somewhat crammed but the upper one is better.

I want for Lunch. The menu prices were high but the food wasn't good at all. The street food is far better than here. We had soap, mushroom starter and chicken biryani all the items were just ok. But not all at the expected range.

Worst ever experience Service wise it should be below that, no minimum courtesy by any waiter with customer so we just paid bill thought of leaving without giving any tip, the person who has served us directly asked for it, we denied by saying not happy with the service. The waiter immediately responded as below Service was and will be like that only... If customer not happy with the waiter who has clearly made us frustrated and not even taking any ownership/hand over to other person, then he/she are completely right about saying the service is not good. Haveli Team, this is not first time with the same rude behaviour, train your team on how to give respect, if not possible put a board infront of your restaurant as 'We are not customer friendly trained team' Don't wanna say thanks, Good Bye

The service is very bad. First they told us that they have mutton biriyani but after 30mins they told us that they don't have any biriyani. The chicken Tikka which they gave was very bad taste. I would not even give 1star also

Food is really good, but the behaviour of the service staff can be improved.
