I didn't like the quality of the clothes given by this shopping mall.it doesn't possess low cost.when compared to kalamandir shopping mall this is not much better.i finally prefer kalamandir or fbb i.e bigbazaar for trendyy dresses.but the entrance and infrastructure of the mall is awesome.

Recently I visited the store for the very first time in rajahmundry. same day I visited many other showrooms but couldn't find nice dress materials, but to my surprise I found excellent collection with affordable prices, even though I went nearly closing time they are very patiently talking to the customers. Went there to buy 1 but left the store with 5 dressmaterials... Waiting eagerly for my next shopping visit...

KLM is just Good, I saw ordinary fashion only, Max is better than KLM. But KLM has give reasonable price, max slightly just high.

Never vidsited this mall but one day I saw their staff beating a customer in front if their store allegedly for musbehaving with a sales girl. I didnt like the way situation was handle then by the management. So that is the reason for down rating to this Mall

KLM FASHION MALL Offers n quality ka baaaap. I have visited many times and I enjoyed a lot from starting to end while shopping and it gave me more experience about the quality and offers they provided.The staff working in the Mall are also good in their style of satisfying the customers. The one sentence describes the specialty of the KLM is "MAATAL LEV MATLADUKOVADAL LEV"

Pulling the crowd is great achievement in marketing. But, salesmen are not even look at customers. They are so busy in chit chatting/ arguing among them selves. I called one of the guy twice for some query, he was so busy with another salesman. Finally, I had to enquire the house keeping staff for my query. For a while, I felt like - I was in a commissioner office. Making money is an art and losing money is ignorance.
