Kalajamun icecream with the purest form of pulp added, yummy... 😋🤤 Jars are also good but in Rajahmundry they are charging extra prices for a jar cap, which isn't encouraged.

Tasty is fine ..Not affordable for below middle class people as we can find ice cream in reasonable prices in Arun & Amul outlets ..But here in cream stone making is different style..Nuts overloaded and Arabian delight one scoop cost is 260 rs with including taxes...

Staff is not polite and with rough behavior. Not had good time when visited the store. Never had this experience in other locations of Cream stone. Even they did not kept dry ice for packing. All the ice cream melts down by the time of reaching home. I am giving one as there is no option to give "Zero". I am giving this rating with respect to staff behavior and cleanliness of the store.

I have ordered Arabian Nights Icecream. Tastes worst. I never had such a bad taste ever. Nuts smell oily and tastes old. Total waste of money. I don't even want to give 1 star also. Its that bad. I highly don't recommend this place.

Taste is good but the team is providing the order incomplete. If I place an order I do not get the order as per the website description but as per their wish. Even I asked about it Manager is sitting with out even giving me a reason for the difference. When u r charging as per the website it is your responsibility to provide the order as per the website.

Need to maintain some hygenie, everytime they are dipping ice cream scoop spoon in dirty water Need to replace it atleast 4-5times a day and while preparing icecrem also they are not cleaning the stone properly so sometimes it's like previous flavours and staff also not maintaing proper alignment of stocks.

Came for late-night ice cream, we had a Nutella brownie and nuts overload the service was good and ice creams were tasty. Would definitely recommend for good quality and quantity ice creams in the centre of city. We also came with our family and the time was really good and order was placed fast and it took less than 5 minutes to get our order ready....

All ice-creams served are good. The staff are friendly, though they could at times engage in talking among themselves and not prepare orders as quickly as you'd expect. Red Velvet Jar is my favourite. Though they have been a bit lacking in the quality the last 2 orders I got. You can head over to this place at 11 PM and take away your night indulgence without any guilt. Over-all rating is a 4/5

I hv visited ##Creame Stone# in Rjy recently. No doubt taste is same as in other outlets. But... I was disappointed with the ambience n service. This outlet hv more space when compared to Vizag outlet. However, maintenance / cleaniness is not upto th mark. Delay in Service. Lot more to improve towards service n cleaniness n ambience.

Worst experience, comparing with other franchise. I have ordered nuts over load They simply put 3-4 almonds on it that too ice cream melted My kid ordered bubblegum concept It's also worst they made.

Place is lavish with nice interiors with a selfie zone. And the menu is well picked up as I'm the chocolate lover. So many choclate flavour items in the menu. It's bit crowdy becoz of the weekend time as most of the hotels in the place near by.good to try once you guys like it

Taste wise ok, but nuts used are not that much good. Ambience is just okay.the Staff not bothering customers , and chairs and sofas not arranged properly. Customers need to drag and sit on sofas like chairs.

Worst Cream stone I ever visited. Service is abysmal. Visited it at least 4 times in recent times, not once did I get a satisfactory service. Couple of days ago when I visited the store for cake, they gave it without any ice saying that it would stay for an hour. (Yesterday when I ordered from Zomato, they gave it with ice in the packing.) Today is the heights of it. Despite me saying that I had to take away the icecream for quite a distance, they did not provide with the ice in the packing. Result is as expected. Zomato customer would complain to them & the store had to replace it. Clearly they are taking the store-visiting customers for granted.

I have been to this place many times. I felt the quality is been degrading from last couple of visits. I noticed the icecream taste particularly the mix of the icecream with nuts and other ingredients is not proper. And next, they do not have a proper washroom facility, please do take care of it since it is a basic amenity for any restaurant or an outlet. I felt the footfall increased a lot, that would be the one of the reasons for quality issues, please do take care on this aspect.

Lots of flavour options, good ambience, polite staff and everything one expects from an ice cream parlor. It was quite spacious and well maintained. We tried almond milk jar, nuts overload and milkshake. They were all good 😊

Though we can't compare it with the outlets in metros or big cities, they have to maintain minimum standards so as to meet the brand value. I'm a huge fan of cream stone waffles for their freshness and crispness. The ones I had in rajahmundry are too bad to even describe. Choco lava isn't good. Relieved that at least the ice cream is good. Death by chocolate is okay but somehow it didn't remind me of the taste I had back in Chennai and vizag. Tasted more like eating chocolate sauce, not balanced. Billing is too late, delivery though is fast even if it's crowded. This is the second time I'm facing this issue. Need to me more professional. Hope they take it as a healthy criticism and improve.
