Enquired about boat service from Bhadrachalam to Rajahmundry since there was an boat accident when I went there all the services were suspended.please use safety equipment and follow the rules while in boat

They want only money, they did not bother about the security of the people.once you leave from their office they will never mind of your return. If any unforeseen circumstances you have to find your own way to be back to the shore. If you call to the office they will answer you like " I just joined here I am new to this company will check and call you back" but they will never call. They are charging more and the response is poor and there is no guarantee that you will have nice vacation. There is no zero rating.. Actually they are not fit for Google rating.. Worst service and management.

Booked a ticket online for Rs.650 plus taxes for 15/11/17. They called on 14/11/17 to inform Papikondalu trip is cancelled and they will give refund. I followed up for a couple of months , even gave bank details twice. After some time I gave up.

Had an amazing experience with this travels....person called Chiranjeevi is a gem of a person who helped us in everything not only with the papikondalu trip ...he also helped us with the stay in rajamundry as well ... highly recommended

It was a nice experience seeing nature that closely and calm and richness.. It is a recommended trip once in a while to relax and go out from the busy city life. The travels team is good in logistics and food. They are on time in all the places and helpful whenever is needed. The entertainment on boat is good at its place. I miss the night stay in the huts. But definitely good one to try in my next visit.

The boat journey was really good and the entertainment on the boat was amazing, except that boat was little crowded, I think it's better if they plan less crowd for each boat. And the road transportation provided was not upto the mark, can provide better vehicle for road transport

No proper schedule and disturbances while traveling due to old service buses other than this everything is awesome mainly we can appreciate about their follow up and caring the customer.

On River Godavary Boat travelling will great pleasure to everyone in the evening time. The cold winds from the River it is fantastic experience to kids and aged so bring them to enjoy the pleasent situation. At the time of Sun setting down the picturesque is most memorable thing while you riding the boat on the River. You can see the people enjoying by bathing in river throughout the river bank.

Beauty of Godavari has to be enjoyed only through these ferry rides... Almost a day throughout journey traverse through mighty godavari covering various attractions say seeta Rama temple on island,Jain temple situated deep in jungle,Papikondalu the major attraction of Godavari...Appx charges of 1300 per head inclusive of 2 meals,snacks n more

Very Bad experience, while returning travels driver didnot pick up, very reckless behavior. struggled like hell to reach city. No signal to contact anyone nee boat we stood like that on road with kids . Some how requested other travels to drop in rajhmRajahm after standing for 2 hrs nd paid amount for dropping. Note: in boat dancers and boat driver, service employees we need to give 3 types of tips (they demanded 200 rupees and requeated to take 100 RS each). Not sure whether other travels also demand like this Never choose this travels.

Papikondalu must visit place for every one the nature's wonder land .nature lovers die for that place to visit when ever the have chance to go there and u can have a night stay also there papaikondalu bambo huts 🛖

Boat journey has cancelled because of the weather conditions.they said they will refund the money with in 3 days. very much delay in refund the money. Almost 20 days completed we have not received money yet. I suggest, don't go for this.To Bad

The boat journey from Polavaram to Papikondalu has been Amazing. This travel service people in specific have been very courteous and took good care where ever they should. Answered all calls and doubts with a smile always. Chiranjeevi, not sure of his designation, has been very accomodating. Thank them for considering to change the date of our Journey, due to our hectic schedule.( we reached on time though). However if you wish to consider changing the date if journey, its better we inform them prior so they could plan accordingly. I liked the boat we returned(Smart Punnami) than the one we went to Papikondalu in(Kambala punnami). Well you cannot choose which boat to travel anyways, unless you rent the complete boat. But both boats are very well maintained. I have ignored the entertainment they provide because thats not why I chose it and I was happy taking pics and enjoying the beauty of Godavari. However majority of people on Board, enjoyed it. Food on the boat is decent, Cannot complain. Kudos. Thanks for the Captain and Crew for being the professionals they are.
