Very friendly doctor and friendly staff. Staff gives priority to the emergency cases. As the doctor explains the illness very clearly, it takes more time for each case. Never writes unnecessary prescription. If an illness can be cured in natural way without tonic or injection, he clearly explains to caretaker.

Worst management, Rude behaviour from hospital staff, although doctor is a specialist the facilities at hospital are not good and especially from the reciptionist and the one who handles cards are care free and irresponsible, even though the children are suffering from 102 fever they need to wait till their turn and there is no limit to consultation per day and accepting 150+ cards and making patients to wait in lobby for hours. Not sure this is taken to doctors notice. There are better hospitals in Rajahmundry than Vijay Sai with better facilities and specialised in pediatrics.

Newly born child of my sister was taken to this hospital for general checkup as suggested by gynecologist. The doctor admitted him in incubator and said for new born baby it is required for some time. He took 15days to take him out of incubator, meanwhile the doctor started playing with us, asking to pay money its like a flood for middle class people like us.. one day he informed us to take the baby to vizag for better treatment and asked us to arrange ambulance,we arranged also but he changed his words and said no problem I will take care of him he is responding like that.then we realized his play... Think twice before you join your kid for hospitalization...As per my sister opinion this doctor is good for OP treatment as the medicine suggested by him is good...

Worst experience i had in this hospital No minimum response from staff and doctor also won't respond to his staff after O.P gets over (2pm to 5pm) even in emergency cases.... Might his treatment is good but not at all recommended to any child....

Very good hospital.... Good staff.. Second best doctor in rajahmundry who doesnt consider the status of the patients whether they are rich poor or powerful etc he doesnt care jst fulfills his duty perfectly... Which might cause some inconvenience for some people... But i recommended this for all the children in and around rjy... A new junior doctor is a bloddy idiot here

My baby was admitted as he was born 4weeks early.The doctor was very attentive of his patients and the staff were well responding and the treatment was very good
