6 hrs late to destination+ the staff were very rude , i recommend not to pick them , I dnt knw if its there 1st time but i payed 3000 just for a seater tickt ,where the bus came late for the pick up which i could understand , bt being rude to the passenger's was not cool

Very worst experience.. staff doesn't care of passengers. Due to the blue light couldn't even sleep.. waste of money. After telling the problem also they didn't put off the light. Didn't even call before boarding the bus. We only have ask where is the bus wether started or not.. never I'll travel in this Sri Tulasi tours and travels. Very bad experience. I was travelling from tirupathi to vizag, I took 4 led lord Venkateswara photos and a small box, after seeing the one person came and started asking for money, 500 rs for each frame total 2000. He is not allowing me to get into the bus without paying. Before starting the bus he agreed for 1200. Don't travel in this bus.

26.12.2022 vaishak to chennai 5o clock bus started itself worst by worst and rude behaviour of helper i will issue complaint in station next time I seen this kind of helper very rude attitude language issue. screen pipes are damaged fall down and I ask the helper to come and see ..he was in deep sleep wake up and speak with rude behaviour ..no safey for girls this kind of helpers pls don't allow your reputation will spoil..

Worst experience. I would have given ZERO stars but no option. Abhi bus says departure time is 9:15 but according to Admin office it's 9:55. No one knows whose fault but I had to wait for 1hr and after 1 hr the driver says it's 45 min late. Overall I have waited for 2 hrs 23 min on road as these people have no local office Staff is very rude at Admin office especially Mr.Rao. @Abhi bus plz don't add travels like "Tulasi" in your listing

Very worst experience journey from srikakulam to vijayawada. But was delayed and was not on time. And the behaviour if the busstaff is very worst didnt even respond to any thing. The staff really is very harsh with the passengers The journey date was on 05/05/22

The driver his name is Krishna chaudwary and veerababu, used bad language with passenger and also attended to fight with physically, i don't know they're drunk or not but the behaviour is not tolerable.very bad experience with this bus please don't try to use it's very risky.

Staffs behaviour and restroom availability was worst. Our luggage that was kept in the luggage compartment got wet. The bus driver was not even allowing ladies to go to restroom. Worst experience.

Took an AC sleeper which had a window getting opened continuously during journey even after closing it multiple times. Dirty bus and pillows. Staff is rude and back answer. TV there for showcase. The worst experience I’m having in this bus, please give it in minus rating. Even we can’t keep our luggage in our luggage manner because the driver and conductor had kept other power goods for other companies.
