Except for pet services and products you can't go to buy pets from them They totally misguide the customer by giving fake commitments and after that they force the customer to take only that and the boy present at the counter i wasn't get good from him. In my case at booking time they showed one puppy video and asked me it will take 3days to come here , After that they showed another puppy and asked to select one of them And even after selection they completely sent different puppies from what i selected and when I asked them the staff was not communicated properly and again asking me to wait one more week so that they would check and provide the puppy. The owner himself says they only provide a breed that's it the customer won't have the option to choose the color or type they want . And also from staff there was no proper communication among them multiple people will be involved and give fake commitments. Totally disappointed with their service 200% I don't recommend to buy puppies from here. If you buy definitely you will regret later. But they have very good store food of puppies but here you couldn't find birds food

Good shop. U can buy any dog breeds from here and pure genuine breeds will be delivered. Quality is guarenteed. Even dog materials are really good. I bought a pug 1 year back. Its pure breed and very active. Looks like a champion breed.

Pet zone is giving good quality food and giving good discount for the people but the problem is that it much longer to come to your shop so I want suggest that you should establish a branch in kovvur so that people near to kovvur town can buy pet food in your shop there are nearly 20 villages near the kovvur so you can keep a pet zone here for selling pet food this is my opinion
