My mother got chest pain and admitted her in Raju Neuro Multi Speciality Hospital on Sunday morning 6AM duty doctor took ECG reports and moved her to ICU and Dr Vinod Kumar Cardiologist who treated my mom very well and he used to update us on the status of her health condition. Below are my observations on staying 5days in hospital. Pros: 1. Excellent doctors and good treatment. 2. Communicates in details to the patient Cons: 1.Careless Behaviour of Staff - No proper response from staff i.e.Front Office,Billing, Supervisor and Insurance have to follow up many times with team. 2. Improper maintenance - Untidy rooms, stinking toilets, broken taps and Flush. Lift condition is pathetic. 3. OverCharge - ICU charges, Room Charges and tests are Pretty high... Prices are Competing with corporate hospitals with no basic facilities. 4. No coordination among the teams - No communication or coordination between the teams and working lazy... patient has to suffer for the ignorance. 5. Expects Bribes - For any small work staff expect bribes.Maybe Staff salaries are less asking bribes from all the patients which creates bad opinion on hospital. 6. Insurance Bill - Even If you have any insurance card no matter what need to pay 10k which was not returned even after 1week of discharge. Charged over for Insurance patients than paying money. Without any reason there made patient wait 1day in hospital stating approval not received where I have informed a day before and Insurance team is super lazy and send the reports at 6.30pm as a result need to stay excess in hospital.

"Killed my Father". Admitted my Father due to brain stroke. He has ability to eat but they put pipe through nose. Since we retired railway employee. They want to make as much as money on his name. Since they tied my father legs and hands for more than 9 days. He not able sit and stand because tieing, that cause flum in lungs 🫁. They not even thought of removing flum from lungs.
