Doctor
is
good,
but
the
receptionist
is
impolite
towards
patients.
She
is
very
rude.
With
such
a
I'll
treating
receptionist
the
hospital
is
going
to
earn
a
bad
image.
The
hospital
no
longer
carries
the
old
legacy
because
of
such
a
harsh
speaking
receptionist.
Today
I
visited
the
hospital
at
10.15
am
and
at
the
time
of
booking
an
appointment,
I
was
informed
that
my
serial
number
was
12
and
it
will
take
15-20
min
to
see
the
doctor.
But
I
was
not
called
inside
even
at
12.10
noon
after
waiting
for
almost
two
hours.
She
allowed
others
with
recommendation
to
see
doctor
although
they
visited
hospital
after
I
went.
When
asked
about
it
she
harshly
said
to
leave
the
hospital
if
I
can't
wait
till
she
calls,she
threw
the
money
paid
towards
consultation
fee
at
table.Throwing
money
at
patients
shows
her
recklessness
and
headweight
attitude
towards
patients.She
didn't
even
bother
to
take
the
permission
of
the
doctor
before
giving
back
the
consultation
fee
and
sending
some
patients
back.she
herself
decided
things.
She
is
acting
as
per
whims
and
fancies
as
if
she
is
the
owner
of
the
hospital.
I
really
don't
understand
how
can
a
receptionist
decide
things
about
patients?
She
has
no
manners
at
all.
The
doctor
must
be
keep
a
watch
and
avoid
repeating
such
incidents,
otherwise
in
future
the
hospital
is
going
to
pay
a
hefty
price.
If
the
receptionist
when
questioned
about
the
delay,
keeps
on
giving
back
the
consultation
fee
back
and
yelling
at
patients
and
asking
the
patients
to
leave
the
hospital
would
hamper
it's
growth
and
image.
Hope
the
doctor
set
things
right
before
they
lose
something
huge.
Otherwise
he
is
going
to
repent
a
lot
because
of
such
a
receptionist.
