Let be very honest in writing this review. I'm clearly communicating Dr Baskar Rao and Hospital Behavior. This feedback is being written after two visits with doctor and hospital and we wanted to get operated for Hernia, but we have dropped it only because of below unprofessional behavior by Dr Baskar Rao Chowdary even though we have claim available but cannot risk my life in his hand, who is unprofessional, Arrogant, Irritated and Commercial. About The Doctor 1. He doesn't dragonized or spend time talking with the patient, understanding the history of the case, he checks the reports and assumes and redirect what he wanted to do very bluntly. 2. He acts that he don't want to perform operations but he insists and threatens the patients such a way that is the last option. 3. When I and my father went for second visit for Hernia operation, the official website shows new technology laparoscopic is performed, but he doesn't do it and he follows 15 years way back method of cut of a hernia of 1.3 cms and 4 days hospital stay, 3 days deep pain and 30 days pain and again need to come for re-stitching or removing the threads, what not he wanted to make a permanent customer. He haven't adopted new technology and with traditional method he makes a permeant customer for life. 4. The language he used when we asked while we are asking our queries is BOKKA questions, BOKKA lodi, BOKKA matter, BOKKA money, BOKKA BOKKA BOKKA, I felt so bad when he was scolding my dad for a basic queries, I just left it for his own karma, for sure he will face it. The doctor will never clarify your doubts, he is so much irritated guy. 5. Last but not least is a doctor has to make the patient feel good, relaxed and confidence but he threatens in such a way that you will feel that is last day of your life and if luck you will be saved. He doesn't have good success rates, please check other google comments. Other items 1. The waiting period is very high and the reception lady postpone things, will not help in giving right information & she too irritated and very commercial people they were, For injection to get nerve they have to tie a thread to find pulse but the junior associate just pinched the injection unprofessional way of doing things. 2. I could see that lot of uneducated patients are coming but they are not able to question the Doctor, but if any one reads this please NEVER NEVER EVER GO THERE! Thank you and stay safe!

Bhaskar Chowdari is Arrogant, impolite, has no empathy towards patients, has pathetic behavior, no manners. Not sure how he became doctor. Good for practicing medicine only in his hospital. He surely knows that he cannot survive if he worked in someone else's hospital; they would kicked him out on day 1. I took my father to Apex hospital. This is what we went through: Appointment day 1: When we were called into Doctors room, the doctor was looking into live CCTV on TV, he kept on with it for good 5 minutes, then he got into a call for couple of minutes. We waited in front of him. Then he spoke to us for 1 minute, prescribed medicines. Thats it. Gave follow-up date Appointment day 2: We reached at given appointment time of 5.30 PM. Doctor arrived at hospital at 7 PM. When enquired with other patients, they said its his usual time. He called 4 patients all at once in room. No privacy, no confidentiality, started asking questions infront of other patients. Spoke for 2 minutes, gave date for Surgery. Surgery day: We reached at given appointment time of 8 AM. Bhaskar Chowdari arrived at 9.30 AM. As it was a surgery we were in tension, nervous. My father as taken to OT. I had one query whether to continue with medication instead of surgery. When i asked this, Bhaskar Chowdari scolded me very very rudely saying he "I had explained you in detail about this, if you cant remember what I said, if you have doubts take the patient away i will not operate". I requested, literally begged Bhaskar Chowdari to operate. My father was on OT lying on bed, Bhaskar Chowdari asked my father to get up and go away and he would not operate. Junior doctor asked us that he will request Bhaskar Chowdari and asked us to wait for 10 minutes. We waited for 1 hour. Bhaskar Chowdari left the hospital. I wish no one goes through this. I am in so much anger and pain and I feel bad that this person is bringing such bad name to most noble profession.

Bashker chowdhari is not doctor he is good actor and business man and money mind person...please kindly requseted for poor people's don't want to go this hospital...medical staff very commercial and they are round figured person why bcz, i took 504 rs/-- tablets but they charged 510 and again i took 305 rs./- tablets they round 310...if we took the tablets 1 day before in that hospital, That tablets not useful for u. You try to return the tablets they are not accepted return or exchange.

By the time we joined , Doctor was out of station but duty doctor doesn't know what actually she is doing .If they know the situation is out of their hands,they should have informed earlier not after one day.If main doctor is not available please don't join your patients in emergency it will cost you lifelong.

Insufficient staff and half knowledge people...... Hospital environment is not good.....For 4 floors only 2 nurses are there for availability and doesn't care patients at all..... When ever we need to contact them we have to visit reception counter and those staff are very arrogant.... Doesn't know how to remove cyline pin properly..... They pull those things recklessly which will be very painful for patients and blood loss for patients....

I hav done my son's (5 yr old )circumcision here... The dr is so patience to answer all my doubts. And gave a positive words and support.. so i agree for surgery..& my kid has no pain after da surgery.. everything was good.. medication was gud enough to recover fast.. staff are good. Apex Baskar Chowdary's Hospital..Its good.. but coming to maintaince.. Rooms OK OK.. for general and ac wards.. Coming to ICU ward.. it contains almost 15-20 beds. Need to maintain alot. No one person respond correctly. Irresponsible staff inside ICU ward.
