This doctor does lot of free service to poor people. One of my village girl got admitted in kify hospital. She is very poor. Her condition is serious as liver and kidney got damaged. Heard lot of good reviews about this doctor but had worst experience... My mother had some infection and her C reactive protein is high and the doctor suggested an antibiotic. Used the same medicine for 5 days and still the infection went higher and consulted the doctor. He asked my mom to admit in the hospital without citing proper reason or cause for the infection. When my mom asked for time to admit as they have not prepared, he became very arrogant and throwed the file and asked them to admit in govt hospital in a degrading way. Hi Iam suffering from dengue and typhoid. My platelets count had decreased to 30,000. I came to kify hospital they given me best treatment. The infection had cleared. Iam so happy.

Pros. 1) Infrastructure and facilities are good 2) Doctor/Hospital places service above money 3) Doctor suggests only required tests and required medicine 4) Staff do give bills for the paid amount if you ask them. Cons. 1) No Card/UPI payments available at reception desk (only available in pharmacy). 2) The lab technicians attitude is not good, delivered reports after asking them personally for 2 times. 3) Doctor is too busy, so dont get much of his time and either patient/attendant is allowed inside doctors chamber, 2 people are not allowed. 4) Waiting time is very high for Normal Cards(Rs. 300), in that case one should opt for Emergency card(Rs. 600).

Lots of staff are present in green coats but they donno how to guide patients....i take appointment for dr. subramanian at 10am and the doctor arrives very casually at 11:30 and then my dad goes n asks the staff y aren't they calling us then they are like u need to consult a lady doctor in between. Took a very long time to get to doctor. A bunch of tests written by counter person as soon as walked in. we can get tests done if doctors hears you and then suggests the correct one. The doctor was in a real hurry and seems to be like did not want to hear my issue for diagnosis. spent 4 hrs and got barely 3 minutes with doctor. I am aperson who wants to know what drugs I am taking. wrong diagnosis and drugs is a major concern. suggestion: take limited patients per day and give 100% to them, rather than rush through their concerns.

Best Paediatrician over here in Rajahmundry.. she is very knowledgeable and she guides parents correctly. She doesn't urge like other doc's to send us off.. she patiently answers to all our questions.. after try a lot of docs I'm really satisfied with her. The appointment system here sucks.. but never mind when the doc is good. And I personally feel if the waiting area for patients for the male doctor ( who chekc for elders) and for babies can be seperate. Bcoz babies can develop infections easily while sitting next to some infected persons.. rest of all .. I am veryuch happy and satisfied to get such a wonderful service in RJY

Worst experience. Doctor is not worthy and he will treat patients like untouchable people. He even threaten the patients by saying your symptoms are death symptoms for normal cough also. Don't go to this hospital. He is very commercial and he will not leave you with out collecting minimum Rs. 5000 from by doing unnecessary tests. Had visited the hospital some time back as I was suffering from fever. They conducted rapid test along with blood test and confirmed it was covid + typhoid. I asked for RT PCR but staff didn’t respond. Was prescribed medicines for a week worth 4000. Took one dose and recovered completely. I understand that covid symptoms don’t expose but felt like RT PCR should have been conducted instead of rapid as people with general typhoid are also being tested positive these days. As a side note : I also feel doctor should warn patients when prescribing medicines like favimed-400 as it’s not meant for all adults. I found this info online but everyone might not.

Only if you have recommendations, you will get your appointment done 1hr at what time you may arrive, else you day is killed. You don't get enough time to convey your problems. They just manipulate to take all medicines even they are unnecessary.

Dr. Karuturi Subramanyan have given best treatment for my father when we reached him for diabetes treatment. Virtual treatment during lockdown times was really helpfull since it is not preferable to take elder people to hospital. Once after they stopped virtual treatment, it was time taking.
