Fever patients must take prior appointment and time as they should not be mixed with other patients. please come with basic tests done as many fevers like malaria, typhoid, dengue and scrub are getting mixed with covid so that it is getting very difficult to diagnose without proper investigations. There are many abnormalities seen in endocrine, liver and kidney function in covid patients..However, there is no reason for covid patients to worry, as there are drugs available now. if you have fever, immediately isolate from your family members, and then consult. you may undergo nasal swab test (pcr/ag) at any govt center and come with the report. A N95 MASK OR DOUBLE SURGICAL MASKS will be good. local made cloth masks are unreliable. Be safe.

Doctor checkups are good. But waiting is too much, you have to visit 2 times to the hospital, once for card Registration and again for doctor consultation on a given time, of course it would take atleast 2 hours to see doctor from the given time. Pharmacy is nightmare, they take more than 30mins for que of 5 to 6 people. Overall organization of hospital is very bad PS: dont expect nurse or staff to behave nice, you may experience some rude behavior. Lab is good.

Best doctor.. but waiting time is too long.. the nurses and front office staff especially the male, argues alot and disrespectful. Even though coming in the morning and registering have to come and wait for the doctor at least for 2 to 3 hours. I would suggest please give a time slot according to number and ask the patient to come in between that time. Suresh garu please look into this matter as this is really important

I have visited on 3rd Aug for slight fever symptoms. Fever ranged from 99-99.5 C. The moment reception heard that the symptom is fever, they immediately asked to complete blood test first. And that test included sugar,liver,kidney etc profiles everything and cost is 2550/-. When I asked them the reason for these many tests for a fever of 30yr old person, they simply said doctor won't treat if you don't get this done. And then consultation another 500/-. Since the condition is fever, they asked me to wait till the last patient goes as doctor now a days treating fever patients in the last. We waited for ~2hrs of time and doctor in 2mins of consultation concluded that to take antibiotic and vitamin capsule. When I asked for the parameters in the report, he said that those are not necessary and can be ignored. I felt utterly disappointed with the way they treated. I had previously visited this doctor 3 times for the viral infections for which he treated well. Looks like Covid turned him commercial and I don't see the previous doctor in him anymore. Finally 4000/- rs and 2.5hrs of time wasted for nothing.

Dr. Suresh sir is treating the patients with very patience. but few reception staff are very rude and careless.. They are talking with disrespectful. Requesting you dr Sir please counseling them once.. In pharmacy also they are pricing more than MRP, same happens in my case.. And answering not properly.. In sitting area every patient scolding both reception staff and pharmacy staff. Place is very pleasant and peaceful. 👌
