I have visited this doctor, a bit expensive comparatively in the market. Very strict in follow-up (again we have to pay, even to show report). Also, staff behavior observed rude. They talk only on money rather than listening patients. Lab test also expensive comparatively in market of same quality

Overall worst experience. Very overaction rules and regulations. With out diagnosing the problem if a patient comes with fever they are doing covid antigen test. In two seconds it is giving result like positive and they are confirming it is covid. Atleast doctor has not seen patient and not even asked his history. Covid is less aggressive stage these days and doctor is not checking the patient directly and asking him to video call him through his staff mobile. What about the doctors who had sacrificed their lives during second wave.

Doctor explains with lot's of patience & educate them in a good mannered. I appreciate this doctor for advising me to a limited no. of lab tests, if required.

Better physician I have visited in Rajahmundry. Listens carefully and tries to explains the condition of the patient. I don't comment on staff because they are as usual. But Dr Gupta is better among many doctors in Rajahmundry.

Staff not at all friendly, all have attitude. No parking at all.

Staff charges money for nurse service without bill. If we ask them bill then they will show attitude... Pakka commercial...!

Doctor don't have patience even he is treating children he don't have patience to listen to parents voice and also full recommendation. Better to change hospital. We have 5 years experience with this hospital
