Awesome Doctor, staff and hospital env. Appointment was quick, Doctor Ravikanth garu very thorough to diagnose the problem. Has hi tech equipment for all ear procedures. Doctor very clearly explained the problem, showed before and after pictures and what kind of treatment he is giving. I haven’t seen a doctor explaining the problem and treatment that thoroughly. Highly recommend

Waste hospital fake reviews these people are looting money they are charging separate fee for consultation and separate fee for ear cleaning where as in other hospitals consultation and cleaning will cover in doctor consultation only, there is no point for collecting consultation fee in this hospital

Actually I have visited this hospital after reading Google reviews and I must say I am thankful to good people who guided me to reach here. 16.06. Met doctor .He was polite and checked ear.Fungal infection observed .He prescribed some medicine and ear drop and asked me to visit again after five days for review 21.06. MY ear pain disappeared till this time .But Dr.Ravi shown me inside blockage inside my ear through camera probe and prescribed another medicine and ear drop..It has been of yesterday only. Hope that my issue gets resolved here. I recommend this place for polite doctor,staff, cleanliness,n expertise Thank you for reading my review.Hope it helps someone like it helped me..

Very nice treatment. Every 1 or 2 hour staff knocked the door and ask the patient status. and they treat friendly manner. Hospital environment is very nice and maintain very cleanly.

After writing card at reception at ground floor it takes very much time to call us to consult doctor .. It is not because of busy but some person should come from first floor to take that cards ... Hee the laziness of staff comes out .. Even after hours nobody will come to take that cards . And just like fools patients are waiting for their number in first floor .. Very very irresponsible staff

Good at treatment and the way ravikanth speaks. I felt they are charging more (Rs 500 extra for ear cleaning while appointment is at Rs 400 so total 900 for just ear cleaning). Ravikanth will strictly leaves at 7pm at evening leaving the patients to other doctor so plan accordingly.

Without covid test they r not allowing. This is absolutely wrong. Till now only 2%of the people in India were tested. What about remaining 98%.Where will they go for treatment?. Very wrong decision taken by management. Very sorry to say this

Chief Doctor Treatment is good and he is a humble person. But an Old lady who sit's in the Medical shop and Remaining All the staff are behaving very arrogant with patients. They are behaving like doing free service , simply they are doing business with patients . Because of the staff, the hospital getting bad name.

Except Chief Doctor Ravikanth Garu, Remaining all the staff are very Rude. Mainly the Old Lady (Doctor's Relative) who is sitting in Medical shop, She is very bad in behaviour with patients and the other lady who sit's beside doctor room, She is the major one who is giving training to all the staff to behave Rude with patients. I don't know are they business or public service in the name of Hospital. Remove that Old Lady from medical shop, Otherwise your hospital will get bad name.

Mainly an Old lady in Medical shop, She is very bad in Behaviour and Speaking rude words. Simply they are doing business, not taking care of patients.
