We are going for treatment, but their doctors are practicing on patients. I lost my dad with their multiple practices and different doctors and prescriptions. my dad suffering with swelling problem and some 🫁 infection, after 10days of practice they said no chance to recover 😢 No caring and no proper treatment. My humble request Don't go you will loss your loved ones on their practices.

No experience doctor ,nurses are not polite with the attender ,wasting grant of mp murali mohan for cancer treatment and test of barath Benz vehicles as a showcase in the hospital permiss, cleaning fans in casualty without taking precautions to the side pashent ,runs only for experiment on pashent for upcoming doctors

You have to carry Patient admission pass to utilize the amenities here. Night time patient assistant can avail a bed by paying 20/head . Canteen is worst here. In the hospital I've seen no hand sanitizer. Pros: NTR health scheme allowed here. Employee health scheme. 1000+ beds available. Nurse are available 24/7. Cons: Regular transportation is not available. Sometimes test machines are not working (Machine maintenance is poor I think). Every time you have to go ground floor for everything.

The hospital is very good and has a collage besides it (GSL Medical collage). The hospital was big and there's also Covid 19 test (if you want to have a test if u have a doubt.) Over all the kal college is very good and hospital is also very good 👌. Very nice 😊

Worst college ever seen throughout the india and mainly in Andhra Pradesh...No staff for para-medical courses....all the theory lessons will be explained by only seniors not respected faculties...no nurses no doctors allotted in hospital....only students works in all the ways, food is very bad ...and treatment of management is worst worst worst ....😡😡😡😡😡

Well established organisation equipped with all infrastructure facilities, but the maintenance is very very poor. Not at all following the minimum hygiene norms. Idea of giving hands on experience for the students is good, but not at the cost of patient's confidence and prolonged wiating hours. Management should identify that patient interaction with senior doctors matters a lot and make the senior doctors available for consultation. Heard that the organisation was founded with a Nobel intension. If the management can concentrate on the maintenance also the goal is achieved. Using ICU for medical students experiments, that too without any senior doctor's guidence is not at all acceptable.........

It's learning school for Jr.Doctor's. Be careful don't go for emergency cases. They simply say everything is serious and we are not responsible them if you are ok then only they start treatment always they try to fear patient. Simply every patient is toy for them they play n left that is the reason they always afraid people risk conditions and we are not responsible.I request management to change the style of treatment.Finally facilities n environment is fine.But nurses worst they quarrel each other and don't respond.

It's completely money looty in public and also no response for public, this some off the cancer department staff is worst and talking very very very twomuch and rude with public people. If any emergency please go to another best city....(if time is there in save on patient life), And this hospital maintain in compass medical shop( is maintaining outside Pvt LTD people) total this medical shop 1st floor and ground floor worst and very rude answers for patients related people. Those people give not change (coins) only give round figure of some rupees. Coming to swasantra some people and treatment... It's very very toooooooo late in health card and aarogya sree and EHS ... These card holders hospital management and doctors including nursing staff treat in public their third class people. And gain income from government sector... Every patient treatment taken time minimum 50 days to 65 days, So finally Don't go to trust hospitals. Please save your relatives life Please go in to major cities. Not in entire rajahmundry hospitals. In rajahmundry almost 300+ hospitals is there (these including all experts doctors and bogus doctor s) So please beware of bogus doctors. No treatment is there from all cancer deceases expect 2nd stage breast cancer. First thing you have to remember that this is medical college, NOT SUITABLE for Emergency cases (unless you know some qualified doctor who can attend immediately). For normal or regular health issues ok to visit, but, NEVER buy medicines there unless it's available there only. 1 star: just because they do tests for free of charge. Why only 1 star? : 1. For any emergencies junior doctors or practicing doctor will attend, senior doctor just give instructions to them over phone without even seeing patients. (I bet many people lost their lives or their loved ones due to this). Heard many senior doctors left this hospital for various reasons. 2. Medicines in their Pharmacy: Many times you will find them charging high price than the one printed on them. If you bring it to pharmacy guys notice, they may pay difference amount in cash. (How many people will tend to check it in their time of emergency or who cannot read or ignore). If possible, better buy medicines from outside or known/branded stores. 3. Ambulance service for outgoing: The worst service ever you find it here apart from junior or practicing doctors. One ambulance service provider paid 6 lakhs plus in an auction, to hospital management, so that hospital guys don't allow any other ambulances (for outgoing), we have to hire only one - who charges patients double or whatever the amount they think ok. I never recommend this gsl medical college hospital for any kind of emergencies.

Treatment was very good and they offer many services for free.But few staff in ICU were very negligible and there were was no maintenance.Many times cockroaches are moving here and there in ICU Which is very harmful for the patients and for everyone. I request administration to take over a look on this and take necessary action.

All most all services are available like MRI, CT, X-RAY, ALL BLOOD TESTS, All these tests are not free but at affordable prices but, beds and food for patient is free

Even one time also phone was not lift. Radiology dept scaning methods are wrong because they are not sent who was first came. Sending patients to scaning is too irregular..... Somany times i observed.

No care of doctor on inpatient. Simply passing d days. Irresponsible lab tech. Test cost is cheaper but medicine costs are very high. No accuracy on test results. Rent of icu n room rent also not affordable.
