May be visiting this hospital is worth for only because of Dr.srinivas garu. The worst administration and staff. No response will be given from staff when we ask any details. Jr.doctor's are busy than srinivas garu. There is no garuntee that srinivas garu will see after waiting for hours together. The worst ever hospital I have seen so far. Even washrooms construction is such an worst thing I have observed here. Don't visit this hospital if your time is valuable. Manager, staff, watchmen the worst behavior. Administration such a worst thing. The concept of waiting in hospital for hours together without knowing any details about our token number. There is an appointment number on patient's card but they will not book appointment for locals then what is the use of mentioned on patient card?

This is one of the worst hospital.. my mother got lung infection and when we consult him (G.Srinivas) he advised to admit her and suggested another hospital named Anusha critical Care saying there is no beds available at his hospital..even after 5 days he isn't able to diagonise the problem and situation got worse then the other doctor told me that he is still unaware of what the problem is and its severity. Not even the medication is being properly done nor tests. Then I shifted her to KIMS hyd..and they said the situation is already out of control.. Worst doctor.. Also dont know How he is being able to treat such crowd cant even spend 5 to 10mins with patient..Also dont have any common sense about patient privacy there will be 2 doctors on same table treating patients parallelly Be careful

If you do not have a serious problem then better visit a different hospital. This doctor is expert in chest issues but the waiting period is really not worth it. You will most likely end up leaving around night time even if you come at morning 7.

I wish there was a system of appointments at least for sometime in the morning or afternoon for elder citizens. Seems like even the token numbers are manipulated, being there at 6:30 am and getting a token of 70 is really ridiculous and wait until 5:30pm is really tiring for anyone who is from out of town. I think staff needs to have some compassion towards the patients. I appreciate that the poor are getting treated with less money but the elderly are really suffering. Also location is remote and so its hard to find any restaurants when u need to wait that long.

Doctor was really helpful and supportive. But hospital management were rude and they don't know how to behave with patients. I believe this was not noticed by Dr G Srinivas sir. If management continues the same way, reputation of doctor and his good service will be wasted. Please be aware of hospital staff and then visit hospital. Dr really suggested for good treatment. Overall i m not happy with hospital management and hence giving low rating.

Crazy maintenance

A hospital where we get in contact with highly professional doctor(s), it is a very well known hospital and it's been noted as a landmark. Consultation fee is reasonable and we get good treatment in the hospital. Medicine buying facility is present inside the hospital so that there's no need for people to buy anywhere outside and an automatically generated bill will be given including the timings of medicine consumption chart. There will be a lot of rush even in normal days so an appointment time is given to patients.

He is a good doctor and the way of treatment is also good but the thing is, i get frustated with staff just because of their behaviour, neglegency and lazyness. Not only me everyone is facing the same issue with staff and They are not following serial numbers too. Dear staff nothing is more important than health.please give respect and take respect to other and Dont spoil hospital image just because of your behaviour.

When I tried to book an appointment for my parents who lives way too far from the city almost 2 hrs from the city, the caller is says the number has not been recharged. Now they have to wait till noon since they couldn’t book an appointment as the hospital phone has issues. I would not expect such irresponsible process on a reputed hospital , hope you will look after this issue
