The lake inside the GVK POWER PLANT is so cool and the view is also good the lake is maintained by GVK the area surrounding the lake is so restricted and was not allowed to be viewed with out proper permission and the lake is fully barrigated and the water is perinnial all the year and good storage maintenance is done by them the lake @GVK IS LOCATED INSIDE JUST very close to the plant

This beautiful lake with its deer park is a private property of GVK and located inside their Gas power plant campus at Jegurupadu near Rajamundri. Surrounded by greenery the lake is very well maintained. The deer forest has plenty of spotted deer and few majestic Sambhar. The campus is rich in bird life. Lot of Langur Monkeys stay as permanent residents in the campus.

GVK Jegurupadu is combination of private (JGPL) and public power plants(Godavari Gas power plant). Maintenance of lake and zoo done by GVK. Good place for children, all kinds of animals, birds you can see. lake is too dangerous and deep too. Its not recommended to go alone or without knowing swimming around the lake. Few incidents happened, be careful. You need to take permission from GVK or Govt..or local leaders to enter in to zoo.

Yeah this is a nice place. Plant Employs are allowed with permission. Outers are not allowed in this place because it is fully secured place.

Entrance is only for employees of the power plant. Gardening is perfectly maintained. I visited this plant when our Chief Engineer is taking charge of the power plant.
