Worst services provided by the travel agent. I would suggest not to prefer this service to save money and time.

Its a worst travel agency. Once they get money then they will not take care about travelers. They will operate through mediators whose behavior is not at all good. I would not recommend this travel for a memorable trip it spoils your trip.

Very worst service.... There will not be any response once you give an Advance. Better not to opt for this tourism. We suffered a lot with this dirty tourism. Pls pls pls do not opt for it.....

I don't want to give stars also if we could have no stars option, however, the services which they were given as simply "Hopeless". Cons: Worst Service In Kolluru there was no telecommunication and as your tourist you need to wait until they come and pick you up, there is no proper chain system, so tourists have to be under their control Pros: Breakfast was good but no hot serve Lunch was average Snacks and Tea were Okay Dinner upto the mark

The worst travel agency i had ever seen. They operate and provide services through un organised mediators. Very rude behaviour. Once they receive payment they wont take care of their customers.i spoke to them multiple times on phone. Each time we spoke, the person said yes to all the queries i asked about the price, time, seperate boat to bhadrachalam etc. but after paying advance and once we met personally, they misreprepresented their offer and then keep charging the customer for more. The team did not responded to the calls properly and not even assisted the directions to the boat point. Unfortunaly they left us due to late arrival. We almost travelled another 10 kms by road to catch the boat at another point. On the second day of our trip they did not provided us separate boat to bhadrachalam. We almost lost half of the day due to their worst and unpunctual service. And Because of they we had changed our actual plan. Very disgusting. Overall... this is a worst tourism/travells. Please do not opt this tourism to enjoy your holiday happily.
