It is a worst showroom for service. They are changing our bike parts to there bikes and damaged parts to our bike. They don't even give you good response about the service of your bike. It's better to avoid this showroom for any service related work.

Don't Pay any additional payments for showroom.If you are paying make a video of payment and keep it a side. The showroom members will ask to pay for additional things like cups, special number's they are not responsible for it after they recieved payments. Don't encourage this kind of persons dear KTM. They are representing your Brand.

KTM 125 , LOOKS QUITE GOOD. Company Mileage 45kmpl it seems.

I booked for duke200 silver on that time it is avialible showroom that is booked for me. They are told we deliver required date. I went to showroom to the booked date it is not avialible at showroom it is delivered to another one its bad. So iam disappointed. They suggested to take another vehicle so iam adjusted to Duke250.But iam not satisfied. Thank you

Good but maintenance is to be maintained for the costumer experience

Sales team is good and polite they response for need is great , apart from service what I get service team is ok ok as I have expected a little more support from service team . My first service I took from rjy ktm but not upto the mark.horn problem which I have intemated to them when I gave my bike for service . I don't have time to get repair for my svartpilen . Rating I have given only for response I get from sales team and service team head .

The fast kgm show room in rajahmundry very good maintenance and good working staff and bikes are good simply 👌

Very small showroom, but had all the bikes in the range except for 390s. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Service center was nearby. Test ride was only offered for Duke 125 when I visited today i.e 31/12/2018.

They took the advance saying that they will deliver the bike in 15 days....After 15 days, now they are not even picking up the phone calls

Experience was not so good . Actually the showroom itself was not having particular models he just had 200 model of 2 bikes and 125 model 3 bike that's all my side of review is just to add some models of all categories

Just one word to KTM rajahmundry maintain spare parts atleast

Worst service providers. 1. Receptionists are not knowledgeable and not responsive😴. They don’t even know what colours are available🧐. 2. I’ve been using my new KTM Duke 200 from last 10months, but from the starting on wards I’m facing the issue with engine stops suddenly when I’m slow the bike. For this issue I’ve visited multiple times to the KTM servicing centre they are always telling that we repaired your bike problem. But till I’m facing the issue (from last 10 months). How funny it is 🤣 3. My strong suggestion is don’t go with KTM in RJY or find an alternative for your bike repair.

Rjy and kkd ktm showrooms claims those are one only. So, if you are not satisfied with any one of these, better to skip other one for purchasing and services also. Why I am saying this is, i bought Husqvarna bike at kkd ktm. I asked 2023, but the manager wanted to cheat me for his sale by giving 2022. Now I am fighting for justice in court.
