We felt the staff are reasonably good , very much fast service and Quality of service is good to Us. Very Much limited Menu in the bar and restaurant , The Food is Fresh and Good . The delux Rooms are good , power problem in the area and no generator available but there is inverter back up which gives power to fan and light. Nearly 8 people sat in the room with no one on the bed very much comfortable .

Doesn’t worth for the price, very limited options in food and that with average quality and low quality. The people who work there are more genuine then their supervisor and management. I suggest here if you we’ll plan ahead. Check out times 10 to 10 am, not safe for families with kids.

Rooms have to be upgraded,they are in a bad state. Food service too not available properly. With a kitchen , a cook & rooms upgraded,this place with its ideal location can be wonderful. It's right on the beach & is almost a private beach.

The resort is the worst.Food is worst.They serve afternoon food for dinner and argue about the same.Rooms are not worth the price and not clean. The staff service is bad and the manager is very very commercial.He thinks serving customers in his own compound is not necessary.They don't have backup generator. A road side lodge is much much better than this.Calling this a resort is a joke.

Place is excellent. Very beautiful place and neat rooms. Food is delicious! Everything is perfect except the TONE of the manager. Seems rigid can be more welcoming, one of the staff member shouted on us . Want to visit this place again but will not only because of the worst behaviour of the staff. Manager calls and shouts on us on the phone for leaving a review. Unacceptable.

I didn't stay in this resort, but while inquiring the receptionist (they are calling as cashier) was very rude and wasn't supposed to do business it seems. After asking couple of questions he simply said no rooms even though he committed rooms were available earlier before I ask questions, just he wasn't ready to listen or answer to our queries. I request management, if you continue such an idiot as receptionist you won't get customers.. I just chosen Annapurna resort just near by this resort, btw they are friendly.

Location is excellent, just on the sea beach which is empty and safe. But the rooms are in extreme poor condition with almost no maintenance. Spent time outside of the room as much as possible.

Stopped here for Lunch as this was APTDC approved restaurant, but the food was horrible, Stale chicken was served. Veg biryani, only colored rice was served. Go at your own risk.

They could have negotiated for bachelors to stay together. Tho they have a smaller rooms, which costs handful of money just for a single night, we requested for negotiable price which they couldn’t accept it. It’s like a loss for them… anyhow it’s their choice how to handle the customers. So we planned to stay the other alternative hotel nearby and went to Hamsa for lunch and to play at beach. If you wanna save some money you can do that when you are in a group. Enjoy…✌🏻

They are not even interested in talking about the room availability. They just hung up on me. You can't open a resort and sit while you don't even know how to behave and talk with customers, lol.

Recently we went thr, owner is very irrespective person n rude, food is very costly and found warms in upma salt water in washroom, no permission to take photos etc....

Food is ok ok but manager behaviour is very bad. I don't recommend this resort.

I like the resort. Facilities and location is very beautiful. Beach is added advantage for sending night time. We need to get few facilities like campfire, Food and bavareges. It's nice place to spending time with family and Friends too . Thank you Hamsa Resorts.

Very commercial owner. They charge different room prices for different people... Staff behavior is good. Only select this resort if you don't have other option. But dont expect much..

The worst resort ever . Rooms are not at all good . The price is too high for those rooms . The rooms are stinking , very bad smell . There are lizards , snakes and small crabs in the resort.The food is also horrible.Manger Mr.Venkat Rao is very arrogant.Not suggested to go.

Food is good. Tiny rooms are available for stay which are pretty expensive. Beach view from the restaurant is okay okay can't really tell you that it is good.

This place is not RECOMMENDED, Worst food ever in and around NARASAPURAM.

Hamsa Resort was looking Beautiful, wonderful ideas for rooms and maintenance, food also very tasty, service is good more over the resort manager 'Sai Krishna' is excellent guy we like the way he receiving customers and do their needful service👍👍 Thank for maintaining that peaceful place

The property was good and they have great space & view but the maintenance was very bad and rooms are not clean... food is to worse.. seems the cheif was trained to make all items in one flavor only irrespective of dish. All our friends was disappointed with food. And another bad thing is that they didnt have proper power backup and that troubled us a lot..
