The worst experience ever.. Negligence at work. They gave one receipt to another people. And also. Long Q. Their printers are completely outdated. You can't even see the tracking number on the given slip. No SMS you will receive. No barcode system. Old style of stamps sticking. Lack of skilled workers. Never refer this post office to anyone.

Head Post office in Rajahmundry all the postel services are available here usually not that crowded located on main road near to Railway Stanton and Bus stand

No response while phone calling the number given by staff.. Not even responding about the PLI matured policy, though urgent for us..Applied before 1 month but still not received the amount. Directly contacted regarding this recently,but they are saying we have send policy for enquiry,we not yet received and asking us to contact to that number..There is no proper response from them also.. Actually, this is their duty to take responsibility and look into customers proper response.. Worst experience from them..

Worst service and people are irresponsible. For depositing amount, it will take around 1 hour and systems and staff are very slow.

Please cancel landline connection because waste of monthly bill payment. However ur not respond to landline call

The worest service. Never works properly. Computers not work properly and staff also lazy and gives reckless answers.Many old aged people are suffering a lot. Higher officials have to look into this and solve the problems of electricity supply, network etc,.

Lazy Answers, After receiving parcel at rajahmundary they are not delivering and asking for 3 days to delivery parcel in rajahmundary.

Not so consistent. Their timings change randomly. And they take parcel only from 10am until 4pm. I don't know for what else is the post office for if they can't serve public atleast during working hours. Their service and delivery is all good, not complaining about that but their organisation!

Worst service mainly passport sevakendram....they don't know how to speak politely...even not answering phone calls

Worst! I’m from Kakinada since 4 days my parcel is heat they haven’t update the tracking and send to Kakinada and I even reached rajmundry office but these people are irresponsible. They dont even send the parcel on date 🤦‍♀️
