Too worst experience & illiterate people in cash counters. I bought 1pant with an MRP of 999/-, 1shirt of an MRP 799/-, They had billed an amount of 2205/- MRP. How could it be possible🤔. If any one know pls share.

The offer they said as 3000 free shopping for 3000 purchase is a complete fake. The offer is in real like this, you will have to purchase a total of 12000rupees worth of clothes to get a free purchase of 3000. They will give you just coupons on your purchase of 3000. And the coupons are like 500 redemption on every 1500. They don’t mention the coupon in their offer as you can see the banner. I purchased 3000 worth of clothes hoping to get a free purchase. After that I came to know that I have to purchase again 9000 worth of to get that 3000 free purchase. I got very frustrated I should have never been to this store in rajahmundry by seeing that fake banner.

The offers were really good when I last visited the store

I had a rather unpleasant experience at the "Unlimited" showroom in Rajahmundry. I spent about an hour selecting dresses and proceeded to the billing counter. I had a coupon that I wanted to redeem, but the billing counter staff did not handle the situation well. Their response was far from satisfactory, and it was evident that they lacked the skills to properly assist a customer. I presented my coupon for redemption, but it failed due to a minimum bill value requirement of 2000 rupees, while my bill amounted to 1850 rupees. To resolve this, I added an extra 500 rupees to my purchase and requested they use the coupon again. Surprisingly, they informed me that the coupon had already been redeemed during a previous attempt, and now it was no longer valid. Politely, I inquired if there was a solution to this issue, but the staff's response was rude, reckless, and irresponsible. They insisted that the coupon couldn't be used and that I had to pay the full amount without the discount. This kind of customer service is detrimental to your brand's reputation and will likely lead to the store's closure if such practices continue. For your information, I'm not the only one facing such problems at your store. Many customers have likely encountered similar issues. I'm not sure how many have spoken up, but I am sharing my experience in the hope that it can lead to improvements.
