The technical department person is very polite but the lady who sits in the reception and answer the phone calls is very arrogant. She doesn't even have patience to listen to customer's queries and if we ask anything related to technicalities, she will respond in a very rude way. How can a customer knows the technical terminology? What's the use of making her to attend the customer calls when she doesn't have minimum patience. Very disappointing to see such unprofessional lady in Oppo Service centre. You should train your people in how to respond to customers. I raised a complaint to Oppo customer care and dropped them an email too regarding her! Never expected this from Oppo.
