Myself and my sister were on a shopping trip, for Lakshmi Pooja on Friday 5th august, which happens to be a very auspicious festival for us Telugu people, n she wanted to check out some women ware, we saw Trends showroom and immediately my sister said I need to buy there, so in we go, but you know how choosey women will be, she was selecting her choise of tops and the store started shutting down being in the know of how much more time my sis can spend in choosing I said better come another day sis, and off we go without even a single purchase, we entered the store at a very late time it was around 9:15 or 9:20pm, both of us stay near by the store, so we can hop in any time to pick our choice, the store is spacious, lit well and attractive to the croud outside, inside the ambience is warm n friendly could be because of the staff Manning the various sections of the store, overall it was a pleasure to be in there even for a while.😍🥰❤️💐

Worst billing counter worst service ever return exchange everything fruad don't come again

Bad service, please take care of pack and inside items, they might not match. Manager also wouldn't take responsibility of their mistakes.

I had very bad experience today. One of the store boy told that in each brand only one piece allowed for trial and he started arguing with me which is really annoying. Collection is good, but because of these cheap behaviour/untrained staff, trends may loose reputation..

Such a stupid staff present at mens formal section.She is not allowing to take the selected clothes for trail instead asking to try the unfolded clothes of some other design and pattern to reduce her work.We are paying full price and it's our minimum right to try the one which we are buying,atleast to know how they look on us.

This is not the original reliance trends, I mean it is the duplicate name of the trends. Actually this place doesn't exist there. I look for directions to trends in maps and i misleaded to syamala theatre, where the place doesn't exist.I tried to close the place but google is not accepting my edit. So be cautious

Pathetic customer service. Staff was very rude saying not to try more than 2 sizes, when asked about this the staff at the billing section is saying you can exchange if you want. Like, seriously are you guys saying this👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Instead of trying at the trail room you want us to buy and if it is not fitting, you want us to come along all the way for exchange👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Management this is a very serious concern. Please take care of this.

Its actually a normal reliance trendh but the stock here will not remain for so long . There will always be a shortage for denim clothing here.the staff here are really supportive though parking will be a problem only when you have arrived in festival season
