Worst service at Rajahmundry store....I selected a shirt and during billing it was not barcoded, told to take another one. It wasted our time. I really disappointed 😔

Staff are too illiterate and selfish. I asked him to check if my membership card is active or expire and he said it's active and he told me to fill one form with another number and he cheated my money. The worst staff ever experienced in my life. When I call them they said it's wrong number and told me not to call again. Ground floor manager don't try to fool customer you are not not far clever than customer.

Westside is also one of the TATA enterprise clothing store. Where usually we'll find brands of Westside only... other brand items will be less in number... we'll vast options available for kids clothing, footwear, women's and men's clothing and footwear too

I received a damaged product and the manager here denied to replace it. Worst behaviour and worst reasons for the denial of the product. And they even blamed me back for the damage of the product.

I'm visit to rajahmundry u r store but u r staff service is good but ground floor manager very badly spoken with staff and customer he don't know how to speak to customer and staff aslo i seen two times that manager to badly spoken how u will tack manager Im very sad to visit to store

This is place for someone who looking for cloths under budget and I suggest for men's wear please try the size before you buy because here sizes are crazy like hell if you buy by size tag for example 34 and bought it measures on tape 30 but tag be 34. Cloths quality is average... I suggest there are better options in rajahmundry than this store. Yes I had bad experience for men's wear in this store. Good thing about the store is kids wear. But that too limited...

Westside a tata brand again lives to it's expectations. In Rajauhmundry too they have good collections and staff was helpful guiding. I got to see adequate variety in this shop and I recommend to vist Westside Rajauhmundry if you want to add to your wardrobe
