I went for Vivo mobile service, Employees were responding Good. But don't have stock in side for mobile accessories, taking time for order and service (for that I gave 4 stars). Have only Two Desks, one is computer operator and another is complaint desk. Service center was small in size, service only Vivo Gadgets. So, size of service centre is enough. Have Chairs for sitting. Have Drinking water Fecility in side. Following Covid-19 Rules. Checking Temperature and Pouring Sanitizer. Wheelchair accessible for Entrance ♿= No❌. Wheelchair accessible for parking ♿🅿️= No❌.

Service is nice 👍 but address has been changed near to bigili ice factory please contact customer service for address enquiry

It has a roomy reception area, where customers can wait. Person at reception is quickly assessing the problem and doing the paper work promptly. He gave good estimate of time and cost of the repair work. In my case they have stock of the item that needs to be replaced. As it is the company's service center no need to bargain the cost.
