Yesterday i.e on 08 Mar 19, I suffered a breakdown of my car while travelling from Vizag to Kovvur and the service rendered by the team headed by Mr B Nagendra, Works Manager over there was an excellent example of Customer Focus, the team put in all out efforts and made my vehicle operational within a very short span of time and their dedication, team effort and service towards customers is really commendable. Well done and keep it up. Immensely impressed with the service and the never give up attitude of the team. Special thanks to Mr Srinivas garu for his timely support.

Great experience at this service centre. Got clarified with each and every question I asked. People seems to be responsible to their work. The service advisor, mechanic and the billing counter person everyone does their job perfectly. Moreover when I asked to explain the split fare of the total bill, the way he showed interested to explain the bill made me very satisfied. I got my brezza zxi 4th service done here which is priced below 5k(depends on vehicle condition)and got covered all the major checks like oil changes/topups, filter changes, wheel balancing and alignment. Space seems to be less compared to other service centres which is negligible when the same work is done perfectly. Highly recommended.

Good service. The mechanics are well experienced and can identify problems of vehicles and solve them. They use authorised maruti Suzuki spare parts and service charges are reasonable .
