One of the most peaceful places to chillout and enjoy the sunset in the evening in Rajahmundry. This is the biggest ghat on the banks of godavari in rajahmundry. This was renovated during godavari pushkaralu in 2014

Koti lingala revu in Rajahmundry city Excellent Godari river view.watching sunset at this ghat is a beautiful experience. koti lingala revu is biggest ghat in Rajahmundry. It is believed that 10 million siva lingas are present earlier at this place.Revu in telugu means bank of the river. They say that ravana used to pray Lord Shiva here.

Dirty, smelly and full of stray dogs. Not maintained, full of trash everywhere. Water is usually dirty and stinky here as most of the rituals take place on the banks and they dump all the leaves, food material etc in the waters. But in the long shot, like in many pics the location is pretty. Evenings are the best time to visit this place to watch the sunset over the river.

All with the blessings of the mighty lord shiva, this place offers great peace and solitude regardless who we are. Also, it's extremely sad to say that a place like this having such low concerns when comes to maintenance. With the awesome picturesque of the banks of godavari, the smell that intrigues is the stockpiling of trash around the ghats, roads and temple. With a little more concerns about maintenance, this place would not just be a signature stop for candid shots but also a peace offering.

Not maintained. Has a lot of potential if maintained nearly. One can climb down the stairs and touch the Godavari river convinently. May be during the pushkarini it is taken good care of.

I have visited this place on 25-02-2020 perform rituals after cremation. Ghat maintenance is worst. No neatness. Minimum facilities are not available. Water also not clean. Purohits ask for high amount. Overall feeling is not satisfactory.

Though it is a historical and tourist place there is no cleanliness at the banks of river. Mainly on the steps and in the starting point of the river you find plastic covers. Garbage. Pigs , Cows, street dogs objecting the people who are coundcting hindu rituals there.Muncipal administration as well as people should take equal responsibility to keep the surroundings clean and tidy.

Google maps location is accurate and check out videos and photos posted by me for reference. Temple and Garden is there inside and from the Pujari we came to know that earlier around a crore Siva lingas were bought by Devatas and were present somewhere in this Revu. Boating is available and they will take us to a direction as per our choice and will charge 100rs per person. Parking facility is there near the temple and was free of cost. Try boating here as riding in Godavari river is very pleasant and interesting.

We hired a boat ti take us to one island between the river to enjoy in water swimming and playing. The boat sailor named Raju was a nice person. He stayed with us fir about 3 hours and took us back to the river back. He took a normal charge of 1500 for th trip

Nature's prinstine location is being destroyed by humans. The serenity of the place is destroyed by over use of plastic and unhygienic practices by people..
