Theatre was ok with Dolby Atmos. Need 4k projection instead of 2k. 2 & 4 wheeler parking was good.

The worst experience, I watched Vikram movie last week in this theater. On my first foot into the theater, I noticed there is some scent and perfumed air coming from the Toilets even though they are in second floor. I don't need to explain anymore on how well they are maintaining the Toilets. And superbly maintained sound quality nothing different than ghana bajana sounds in marriage events. People are thinking like boosting bass is the good sound quality these days. Even I can't hear some dailogues clearly due to the bass. Meantime while watching movie, whenever door opens, the same scented perfume air from Toilets is touching our noses giving more boost to the situation. They're collecting parking fee even after government exempted it from Theatres and shopping malls. Finally whomever really enjoys the Toilets scented perfumes and Only enjoys bass rather than movie they will really enjoy the experience.

The sound quality is good to enjoy especially for high end movies. As of sitting surya place is best with spacious sitting and as of surya mini it is a little congested. As the name suggests surya place is a big theatre than surya mini. In rajahmundry mostly the dubbed and bollywood movies are played in surya mini only. The sound system in both theatres is really nice that gives us best sound effects experience. Both the theatres consists of DTS sound system with 2k Dolby atoms. 3d movies are played always in surya mini till their last date and the 3d glasses are provided for the movie as it comes with an extra charge included with the ticket. There is good place for parking bikes and cars. This place is near to sub collector office and Godavari railway station.

Theatre screen quality and sound is very good however they don't put on the ac even on the release day first show of the movie. The house is full and the ac is 30°C. Worst ever thing is that we had a fight with the Staff there for increasing ac capacity.

Went for two 3D movies, picture quality is awful and very terribly low. You must and should avoid Surya palace. My theatrical view for avatar and brahmastra ruined by this theatres. Simply go for other theatres, 100% avoid this theatre and their management. 3D glasses full of scratches too.

Good theatre but seats are ready to replace and in intervals popcorn and sweet corn available only, no other food item available like puff, samosa, chips etc. But according to sound and visual experience is good.

Okayish sound quality. It's not fair to expect much for 100₹ movie ticket. Don’t expect many interval snacks. You won’t famous samosa here just sweet corn and popcorn with soft drinks.

It's not Dolby theatre at all just out the speakers on the top of the theatre that's it atmosphere is not that much of Dolby atmos

If you are a true marvel fan then don't go here 👎🏻 they are not playing mid credit scene and post credit sceanes. I watched shang chi movie here very disappointed 🙁 they just turned off the projector👎🏻 no mid credit sceanes or end credit sceanes played. Worst Theater experience.

Theatre is cool look, we have lift for elders for convenience.. sound system is realistic.. we can involve easily in story without interruption.👌

Surya mini: Screen: Main drawback is screen size, it is small and less seating capacity. Sound: though it is Dolby atmos but experience is not that much good because of low volume. Note:check your seats while booking in book my show , if you book right side the actual seats will be present in the left side in theatre . Overall its okay , i prefer give less priority because of screen.

The canteen doesn't have online payment options and we have to take it from the individual who is a part of the canteen. For each 100 ₹they are charging 20 ₹commission. Disgusting. Theater management should have a look over this.

Surya mini theatre needs an upgrade. Seats are not clean and theatre is having some weird smell. Disappointed with the experience. Screen and sound quality is ok. Can't sit for 10mins with that smell. Better to avoid until they do some renovation or cleaning work.

Noticeable point near Godavari Railway station, nice maintenance of 2 theatres. 1 is normal seating the other is mini theatre. I went to Animal movie in mini. Overall experience is good 👍

Seating arrangement is good, but little more room for legs is required. Sound system and projection system are good. Toilets are in pathetic condition. Food court is quite affordable. Ample parking space.

Toilet rooms are in a pathetic situation, A B block sitting is too bad to watch movies, a closed and isolated room with a sitting of 12 members. We see full screen from 2nd room only 1st row 4 people will enjoy the movie. Rest people have to watch heads of front row people.

Good theatre and sound experience

I've seen couple of hollywood movies in surya mini theater with good quality. Looking forward to watch upcoming james bond movie no time to die in this theater.

Had the worst experience in Surya Palace…the AC was so low all the audience started sweating from start to end of the film. The staff were very reluctant to fix the temperature in the theater. I would never suggest anyone to go to this theater if you prefer a comfortable theater.

Worst theatre ever, whole movie experience is ruined. Not at all cleaned between shows, AC off soo warm inside theatre, 3D glasses simply given after usage from before show, not cleaned or sanitized, screen is the most horrible here, 3D or normal all videos quality is pathetic, lowest n cheapest, no clarity whatsoever, that screen is totally damaged and not fit for movies anymore...I cannot even stress enough how horrible this theatre is...just shut down your theatre. There is nothing good here...Audio Visuals ambience cleanliness nothing...just money n time waste...bonus worst experience of cinema...

The roof above A,B,C and D rows is disturbing while watching the screen in palace... As they have recliners on top.. better book from E rows..

In the theater, Dolby atmos sound was pretty good, and the 3d viewing was also nice but they have to repair the sets because they are not comfortable I recommend watching a movie in this theater only for sound and screen

Theatre is nearer to Godavari railway station and easily identified. It consists of two theatres and has common parking lot. They collaborated with bookmyshow. There's a separate floor for snacks section. They strictly follow seating section so please follow the instructions displayed on the wall.

This deserves a 4 star just because it is still just in a town like Rajamundry and still gives one of the best theatrical experiences. It contains Dolby Atmos so the sound is gonna be lit. And even the mini screen's screen is not that mini. So you don't have to hesitate for going to it. Even the AC is good there. Just go for it !!!
