1. They told making charge of 20% verbally, but deducted 20.5 % in invoice without intimating. 2. In previous visit they assured for discount of 25% but while purchase they didn't gave any discount. Pretending for checking any discount offer, they asked so many personal details like my date of birth, wife's name, wife's date of birth, marriage anniversary etc. Just making fool and finally said no discount available. 3. They removed the tag of jewelry and didn't gave to me. When I asked for tag, they replied that this is their policy not to provide tag to purchaser. I replied show me in writing this policy as all your policy/term and conditions are written in back of invoice.. They didn't showed any such written documents showing about tag removal. They just replied that I may write all this in feedback.

Service are good. But the VA charges are very high even coin also. Charging 8%VA on coins is not interested to visit again. Gold is valuable but the same time customer satisfaction is more important .

They choose the right product to us and gave knowledge on Product finishing, workmenship and Old gold exchange policy. They were very transperent on every transaction and Specially thanks to karigar Mr Sivakumar he did a good job on of our product modification. He worked very hard and gave us to wonderful result.
