It is a nice condominium apartment in Duo Marvel Layout. It is built on an A Katha Plot by President Properties and has descent amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, power backup, facility management and childrens play area. The locality is safe, clean and less crowded. It is in close proximity to local markets on Ananthpura Road, Yelahanka New Town, RMZ Mall etc.

Well thought, good built, aesthetically planned Apartment !

A spacious apartment complex, with gym, park facilities, surrounded by empty plots right now, it mostly has 2 & 3 bhk apartments. The interior work is also done when paid. Very close to royal Kempegowda convention center and inside the duo marvel layout. Apparently has some problem with the electricity wiring of the place which if resolved, will make way to an ideal stay.

Well built apartment with privacy in all the flats. Quality of the construction is really good.

Been to friends home in duo marvel layout, president Leon apartment. Nice calm places to have home here. But groceries and vegetables need to go outside the layout to get about 500 m . Within 5 km radius you have Yelahanka new town, Yelahanka police station and mall . Lot of eatries available to hang out.

Good construction, inside layout so it's very kid activity friendly.

Courteous staff.. place is good but not worth the money we spent per day... liked the environs
