Before
I
review
this
stellar
property,
I
would
like
to
share
a
back
story.
I
was
looking
at
a
homestay
for
workation
along
with
my
mother
in
Srinagar
for
3
weeks.
While
searching
for
a
property,
my
friend
recommended
Mountview
Villa
in
Nishat,
Srinagar.
I
spoke
to
Ms.
Yasmin
Ali,
the
owner
of
the
property,
and
told
her
I
am
traveling
from
Mumbai
for
3
weeks.
She
was
so
sweet
and
welcoming
over
the
call
that
I
instantly
decided
to
stay
here
without
a
doubt.
On
arrival,
Ms.
Yasmin
welcomed
us
over
just
like
family!
She
is
cooperative
and
very
prompt
to
address
all
requests.
She
will
go
out
of
the
way
to
ensure
a
comfortable
stay
for
her
guests
and
take
care
of
them.
Sheshad,
their
house
staff
was
so
helpful
and
hospitable
to
us.
We
felt
like
home
in
a
new
state.
In
terms
of
hospitality,
comfort,
food,
décor,
amenities
and
aesthetics,
this
property
is
just
perfect.
The
villa
also
has
a
kitchen
dedicated
to
guests.
During
my
stay,
I
dished
up
some
quick
meals
at
times
and
Sheshad
was
happy
to
get
us
vegetables
from
the
nearby
market.
The
villa
is
so
aesthetically
designed
capturing
old-time
charm
wrapped
in
tapestry
of
time.
The
centerpieces,
vases,
flowers,
lamps,
and
furniture
welcome
you
to
a
world
of
art!
One
can
see
the
effort
and
time
spent
to
create
such
a
beautiful,
and
homely
space.
Grab
a
cup
of
coffee,
a
book
and
immerse
yourself
in
the
peace
and
tranquility
of
this
villa!
The
living
room
has
comfortable
sofa
sets,
a
dining
table,
a
workstation,
and
magnificent
floral
décor.
Every
element
of
décor
seeks
inspiration
from
the
culture
and
personifies
the
rich
heritage
of
the
state.
It
is
truly
lavish!
Special
mention
to
the
lush-green
garden
of
Mountview
Villa.
It
is
so
splendid
and
full
of
blooming
flowers.
It
has
different
varieties
of
flowers
growing
in
pretty
planters.
It
is
well
maintained,
clean,
and
aligned.
The
space
is
big
and
has
a
comfortable
seating
arrangement
wherein
one
can
conveniently
take
work
calls,
read
a
book,
workout,
and
relish
food.
Ms.
Yasmin
was
very
kind
to
us
and
gave
us
a
room
on
the
first
floor
since
my
mother
was
not
comfortable
climbing
the
higher
floors.
The
room
was
tastefully
designed
with
a
study
table,
bar
unit,
cozy
bed,
embroidered
curtains,
and
comfortable
sofa.
It
had
all
amenities
such
as
a
television,
tea
kettle,
heater,
mineral
water,
and
other
essentials.
It
was
very
clean,
organized
and
the
house
staff
ensured
it
is
well
maintained.
The
food
is
freshly
prepared
and
hence
it
is
recommended
to
order
an
hour
prior.
Sheshad
is
an
amazing
cook
and
is
of
great
help.
He
will
welcome
all
requests
with
a
smile
and
serve
hot
and
delectable
food
with
lots
of
love.
He
was
a
constant
support
to
us.
The
overall
stay
was
remarkable
and
comfortable
for
three
weeks,
thanks
to
the
hospitality
of
Mountview
Villa.
I
would
surely
recommend
staying
here
if
considering
a
home
away
from
home!
